Expérience fantastique: Big Country has the nicest and best instructors, a super clean facility, and a great range of classes. The membership prices are reasonable and the women's classes are a blast to attend. The gym owners are very responsive to messages on Facebook. Can't recommend this gym enough!

Expérience fantastique: This is a nice little gym. As a kick boxer...there are plenty of heavy bags, floor space, thai pads, and a busy schedule affording a ton of training for members. Joe runs a good operation and is as legit as it gets. You can shake the rust off, work on your fitness with partner drills, kickboxing/muay thai techniques, and challenging areobics. Even top level athletes will find these workouts challenging. If you're interested in sparring, fighting, competing, intense fitness...Big Country gyms are definitely on the map for that. This gym is on par with any top gyms I've been to just about anywhere I can think of. Bracebridge is lucky to have this place offering a team environment.

Expérience fantastique: Women's Kickboxing was incredible! I literally walked in off the street (created a profile online before hand) and was able to jump right into a class and it did not disappoint! No coddling, Joe was tough, but provided the right amount of guidance and instruction. Knowledgable instructor and a great vibe. Felt safe, and welcomed and learned some things. I'll be back, there is no other workout like it!

Expérience positive: Reasonably priced gym membership, especially in comparison to other gyms I've seen in the area. The staff and instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable. My son goes to youth Muay Thai and loves it. I take women's kickboxing at the same time, and it's really fun but also a great workout.

Expérience fantastique: Joe and Cass (and their team of other amazing instructors) make everyone feel welcome, whether new or experienced. Kids and adults can learn martial arts in a safe and inclusive environment. I definitely recommend this gym for your MMA training needs!

Expérience fantastique: This place was really awesome more accurately Bill was I called on a long weekend morning looking for hours and details from a machine, and got Bill nice and early. he said he was closed for the long weekend and was heading out of town. But he would make time for me a complete stranger and opened up shop for me within the hour he was extremely informative and friendly I ended up buying some very nice Kimurawear focus mitts for training and some hand wraps. I'm very happy with me purchases and they look and feel even better. He invited us back to train with him anytime we're in the area, that just completed the experience in all the best ways not only do I feel welcome back to his dojo I feel encouraged. Absolutely great place
