Expérience fantastique: This is such a wonderful place to learn and be active. The teachers are awesome and always very supportive. I've been able to come Monday-Thursday with the current summer schedule and I've seen such an improvement in my flexibility, balance, stamina, strength and overall fitness. I highly recommend coming here!

Expérience fantastique: Upon walking in, you will be greeted by exceptional people who clearly love their job. I was given a tour of the place and felt like I was a part of the family from day 1. The facility itself is super clean and I love all the different rooms (a work out room with rock wall and hanging rings, the floor space in another area, the equipment used for teaching, etc.) If you want to try out martial arts, check this place out!

Expérience fantastique: I am currently a student in this place and i love it the staff are welcoming and you don't feel awkward at home, i get a stripe almost every week because I went to belt criteria class, over all probably the best martial arts gym I have went to, the best part is that they have judo taekwondo and boxing

Karen has extensive experience in martial arts and sports in the area and brings that wealth of knowledge to CMA. Her students always seem happy and engaged. It's a great family place at a great location.

Expérience fantastique: We were at the self defense class tonight. The class was incredibly powerful. Karen was fantastic. We didn't just learn "moves". We also talked about mindset which I found unexpected and perhaps even more informative. I highly recommend this class and look forward to talking the next one.

Expérience fantastique: My daughter started at CMA in August of 2015. 2-3 months after, her grades started getting much better at school. Her attitude and patience when dealing with her daily activities had become very efficient and productive. I believe that as good as the martial arts lessons she gets at CMA, it also does a lot for her personality, confidence and self-esteem. The principles they teach goes way beyond the school. CMA is very family oriented, I see parents taking the same lessons with their kids and having a lot of fun. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get self-defense lessons or simply getting more physically fit, keeping active and having fun at the same time.
