Expérience fantastique: My daughter had her birthday here with coach Hailey and she was absolutely amazing! Very kind, very helpful and very respectful! She made the party that much better. Thanks so much zone athletics! I definitely recommend having your kids party here!

Expérience négative: DONT GO HERE, went to a small child’s birthday party and they only had half the gym open it was very small. The workers spent most of the time getting the 5 year old kids in trouble and making them sit against the wall, this was suppose to be a fun birthday but felt more like military school. Terrible experience for the kids and parents It was over 400 for 2 hours The park for free would have been much better DONT GO HERE

Expérience fantastique: Been part of Pegasus Cheer team for the last 3 years. Love love this gym for keeping the kids active. Camps, drop ins, parkour, birthday parties, monthly themed nights. Not only for kids but adult nights too. Friendly staff and coaches always ready to help. You have to check it out!

Expérience fantastique: We chose to have our daughter birthday at Zone Athletics today and it was the best experience. They made her and her friends feel so special the moment they walked in. The obstacle course gave parents a break to socialize while the kids had fun and burned off some energy. Overall, it was an amazing party experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Expérience fantastique: We love going to the Zone! We have done preschool classes and the adult rec team, and we're excited for our oldest to start on a full year novice team this spring. My oldest still talks about the Halloween event, where they made sure there were lots of options that worked with our food allergies and modified the games for her level. Everyone is always welcoming and accommodating. The environment is professional and the coaching approach is very positive; you can see how much the athletes respect their coaches and how at home and confident they feel when you watch their practices. As a nervous not-a-former-athlete adult joining the adult rec team, I've been so impressed with how welcome I felt and how seamlessly I was integrated. I left feeling like I surprised myself with how competent I actually am and how much I could learn, not like I couldn't keep up. It's incredibly fun and I really look forward to going every week.

Expérience négative: They took my money and I waited for an email with the start date it never came they called and said we missed the first class apparently, they emailed the start date but had our email address wrong and blamed us for giving them the wrong email even though we had emailed back-and-forth with them several times previously about The classes they offer and pricing. we couldn’t come to an agreement on a new start date that worked for both of us and when I asked for a refund, they said the owner would never give a refund and that it’s my fault for providing the wrong email address, which I previously stated we had corresponded with email several times before the wrong email incident. This happened several months ago in the fall and I wasn’t gonna write a review but today on a Sunday I received a phone call from a lady who is very rude telling me that I had to use the trial by February I told her that I would just like my refund and that they’re the ones who messed this up from the beginning and she told me she was only an employee and there’s nothing she could do and then hung up on me. my daughter signed up with AIM gymnastics in Bellville and we’ve never had a problem with any communication and their prices are better and their facility is way nicer.

Expérience fantastique: The owners are passionate about their student's personal growth and shared experiences in a team. The staff are helpful and professional. The space is large and can accomodate all activities easily. Such a place of opportunity for youth

Expérience positive: Tumbling Tots program was okay. I signed up my daughter (2.5 years old at the time). Every class they learned just 3-4 tricks within the 45 min class. It would be benficial to have side tricks going on while each kid is waiting their turn imo. My daughter did enjoy it, but for what the classes actually consisted of it’s very expensive. Gymnastics is much more fun, more interactive/no stop movement & $100 cheeper. Overall underwhelmed..older classes may be better (?).

Expérience fantastique: We’ve done both drop in programs as well as summer camps with this company. My son has always enjoyed it and we continue to come back. We haven’t done any classes however that isn’t something he’s interested in at this time.

Expérience fantastique: Our 2.5 year old loves the play zone here! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming.

Expérience fantastique: We love bringing our little to Zone Athletics for Play Zone - the staff are friendly, there’s lots of space for activities and expending energy, and it’s an affordable opportunity for socialization (kids and adults alike).

Expérience fantastique: My little guy absolutely loved the free play on Tuesday n Wednesday. Our scheduled doesn’t allow us to make the Sunday play groups but I hear they are just as great . The group is never to big . The bouncy floor was great when he was learning to walk. Also the instructors are wonderful and very helpful, with knowledge about there classes n helping burton develop his skill in a safe n efficient way. I highly recommend going for classes n play time .

Expérience fantastique: My 3 year old LOVES playtime here the staff are so inviting and understanding and fun, they play kids music, set up lots of open ended multi aged toys and supplies and let the kids safely play and explore! The classes seem so fun. Overall great location, staff, cleanliness, and great time here.

Expérience fantastique: This is the most fun place to be! I am officially a senior citizen, but when I am at Zone Athletics with the Pegasus Cheer staff and students I feel as youthful as ever! Monday is "drop in Tumbling Class" and I plan to finally learn how to do a cartwheel among other neat things! Talk about feeling energized after going to the gym in the evening when you didn't know how you were going to do it! I love the atmosphere and the people. Everyone is smiling all the time! You should just try it out!!! Also check out the adult cheer team that will be happening on Tuesday evenings in January!

Expérience fantastique: Pegasus was really welcoming to my daughters, who were visiting from England. Rachelle in particular was great with my eldest, who was keen to keep up with her handsprings over the summer before starting back with her English team in the new season. She’s looking forward to joining a Pegasus team next year once we’ve moved back!

Expérience fantastique: I love how they welcomed Melissa and myself to the gym. They made us feel like we were important. My daughter gained confidence and became aware of what she could accomplish. Coming to Zone Athletics was the best decision I could have made. We still love it there!

Expérience fantastique: An amazing place. My nine year old daughter went there for summer camp as well as cheer 101. She is now expanding her cheerleading even further. Unlike other sports with lack of organization. These guys encourage and promote teamwork, camaraderie and dedication. It’s like a mixture of dance and gymnastics (best of both). There programs are well priced and they have more than enough info to assist in applying for financial assistance if required. 100% recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Just had a Birthday Party for my daughter. Had a great time and Keira was an awesome host. She was patient and very personable. There was lots to do and the kids had a blast!

Expérience fantastique: Has been a great place. My children were so shy and pegasus staff have helped them come out of their shells. The staff also work amazing with children who have high needs.

Expérience négative: Don't send your kids here for the summer camp as they put your kids with teenage girls who are spending time on their phones. They dont even care about returning calls to parents after days. Never checked if my son have eaten anything. Stealing money with zero service.

Expérience fantastique: The last 9 seasons with Pegasus have been a wonderful experience, both for our daughter Grace and for our whole family. Grace, who has Down’s Syndrome, has been coached and mentored with skill, patience and understanding - to the extent that she has placed first in provincial, national, and(via video) international competitions. In the past few years, I have had some health issues - a pacemaker installed, and, in the last 4 months, a heart valve replacement and a stroke. The amazing Pegasus team has been wonderful with their best wishes, e-mails, flowers, offers of rides to or from practice - anything at all to make life better during a difficult time. They have been an important part of our family, and we appreciate so much each member of tge team. Their contribution to Graces growth and maturity has been invaluable.

Expérience fantastique: My grand daughter absolutely loves Pegasus Cheer! She started with Cheer 101 and is now on a team and doing tumbling classes! If you have an active child would recommend Pegasus to anyone!

Expérience négative: If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT book a birthday here. Run down facility, disgusting bathroom and utterly incompetent staff - from frontline to owners. Money hungry business with zero class and responsibility. I paid $300 for a birthday to have 4-6 year olds playing with random dollar store toys, frisbees, hula hoops, etc. The staff was not engaging or directing them, or even showing them how to throw a frisbee as they are all aged 4-6. 35 minutes spent running a trampoline track, this is an extremely long time for kids of that age. Very little instruction or engagement. The package calls for themed games and constant interaction. At the hour mark I could see the kids were bored, needed water and half the time I couldn't even see where the party planner was. The staff came over to me and asked what I would like them to do - I was shocked. I thought the party specialist would have age appropriate activities planned - as the package promises. When I suggested a game, she said "What game?" and I suggested even a game of duck, duck, goose would be better than what they were doing. I was not aware that we would be sharing space with a class either, and had to ask for our group to play on the gymnastic equipment. The kids were then given a chance to use the equipment, for which the one staff showed one example of how to use it and then moved off to the side. She didn't walk along the equipment as the kids were using it, and as a result was too far away from my daughter - the 5 year old birthday girl - who accidentally used the equipment incorrectly and fell straight on her FACE from a tall piece of equipment and could have badly injured herself! This I have on video. ABSOLUTELY NEGLIGENT AND UNACCEPTABLE. I addressed this with the owners. I spent an hour on the phone with them where they agreed this is not how the party should be run and blamed the young staff person. We spent weeks going back and forth through email. They finally promised to refund $100 and fully stopped replying to emails. Again, absolutely disgusting behaviour from a business that has children in their care regularly. Shame on you, Pegasus.

Expérience fantastique: My daughter has been going here for over a year now, and it’s been absolutely amazing! The staff are friendly, approachable and kind. The environment is always clean, welcoming and fun! My daughter has been more confident in herself and her abilities, and has found some friends who love the same hobbies as she does! Pegasus cheer is a wonderful place and I strongly recommend it!

Expérience fantastique: Pegasus Cheer has been an amazing place for my kids (and now myself) to discover a new sport that we never even knew we could do and develop a passion for. As very shy kids, we were all astounded at how much they loved being part of a team, working hard and seeing the growth and change in themselves. The kindness, inclusiveness and encouragement of their coaches and team members ensured that their first year was one they will never forget. We are all excited for everything that is to come.

This summer my little one spend four weeks in Zone Athletics and she loved it. Good facility, nice counselors and great organization - it was very easy to books, prior to the first camp we had an open door day to let little one to look at the gym and sort the logistics. The team was very responsive and helpful to a concerned mom dealing with the first summer camp experience :) We would be definitely coming back next year! Thank you Zone Athletics team!!!

For the past 3 seasons, I've been able to have regular physical activity, meet new people, and learn new skills every week. There is so many things about this gym that I could write, but you truly will never know how it will positively benefit your life till your child gets involved. The owners/coaches tailor their coaching to each family. We have had so much fun here, as an althete my daughter has made new friends, had coaches behind her saying they believe in her and has learned many new skills that cheer brings. She's learned and felt what team work/dedication means. The gym is involved in the community with non profits. Even as a parent you get to experiment things you normally wouldn't. For me it was volunteering at the Belleville Sens games. As a hockey lover that was amazing to me! They have the biggest hearts and go out of their way for their kids. Covid presented a challenge for most sports. The gym went above and beyond to ensure that practice was still done. They are smart, resourceful and all around COACHES. Lead by example and I am forever greatfil to have such amazing people supporting me in building a leader for our community. My daughter loves Pegasus and if your child shows interest, and you needed some extra motivation to enroll them, I hope this review helps you solidify that decision. Invest in your kids futures. Expérience fantastique: I was an athlete for 4 years and coach for 4 years at this gym and it was the warmest and most welcoming place to be. I learned more then how to be a successful cheerleader, I learned how to be a successful person. I was taught the importance of friendship, family, trust, leadership, kindness, discipline and teamwork. Cheering here changed my life for the better. From a coaching perspective the staff is so friendly and truly focusing on the needs of each individual athlete. The main focus is to let each athlete feel included and welcomed by not only the coaches but the athletes as well. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a fun challenge and a place to make a second home.

Expérience positive: Our time spent with Pegasus cheer has been a great experience. Our daughter's time on her teams has been a huge confidence builder from a very shy 3/4 year old to a non stop 7 year old. Cheer have been a great way to relieve energy and participate on a team but also the opportunity for her to notice individual goals in flexibility and strength. Private/semi private lessons have been great for more one on one attention for specific skills. As well as a great bday gift when your stuck. Birthday parties here are the greatest. Kids are well entertained. Staff offered to help set up and carry items in and serve the kids. The kids were 100% entertained without getting bored. Not to mentioned worn out going home Looking forward to another great cheer season!

Expérience fantastique: As a military family, we moved to the Belleville area 7 years ago... I have 2 girls who had always enjoyed competitive gymnastics and dance. After hearing great things from neighbors they decided they wanted to try CHEERLEADING. We were so lucky to have found Pegasus Cheer Athletics For 4 years my girls have been embraced by the "family" feeling at the club. The staff at Pegasus truly care about their athletes and supporting them to become well rounded individuals. Athletes gain a strong foundation of: team work, goal setting, respect (for themselves and others), healthy fitness habits and giving back to their communities. When you are military family and have to move away from extended family and friends, finding a place like Pegasus where my children feel valued and truly cared about has been a blessing ❤ We all feel part of the larger PCA family even when not in the club!
