Expérience fantastique: My wife and I moved back to St Catharines from Toronto back in December 2024 for about 4 months and needed a gym in the area. The Body Shop exceeded all expectations. The equipment is not only well maintained, but the quality and variety is exceptional even when comparable to high end boutique gyms in Toronto. The fact that it's a no frills 24 hour gym was a huge attraction as well since both of us go to the gym with the singular goal of just putting work in. In the 4 months that I went to the gym (roughly 18-20 sessions a month), the gym was at around 10% capacity. I think there was only one session where I had to wait a bit for a machine to free up. This is 100% not an issue as you can just rotate to any of the other equipment that targets the same muscle group. The gym owner is also very friendly and professional, and will respond to inquiries via email within the same day, if not the same hour. Do not miss this gem if you're in St Catharines!

The equipment is well-maintained, there’s rarely a wait, and the space is always clean. With a convenient location, ample parking, and 24/7 access, it’s easy to fit in a workout anytime. Bonus points for the natural light and fresh air when the windows are open. It makes workouts even more enjoyable :)

Colin has a great selection of equipment and training programs for every persons level. Great convenience with the gym being open 24 hrs. He also keeps everything very clean and up to date. Really feel like I'm part of a family with the early morning workout team that is there. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

I consequently cancelled my membership because of distance, but the owner was very understanding about it, and even gave me some great advice with some problems I was having with a martial arts gym! I will definitely be back, its a no bs kind of gym and its a great deal for what they offer.

Great equipment, and the 24 hours of operation make it very easy for anyone to keep up with their schedule. It is never too busy, but the other members are very nice and not judgmental.
