Expérience fantastique: Very clean, great technology loads of equipment both cardio, free weights and nautilus type equipment. Change rooms are clean. Staffing is great really enjoy. I have taken a bit of a break but was here for years. Looking forward to going back.

Expérience positive: Friendly staff but tired equipment and a choppy layout. Time for a re-do.

Expérience négative: This pains me to do this, I used to love this gym. While over the years their equipment has gone downhill and there prices have steadily increased, I have ignored it. But with the new gyms popping up in niagara, for about 20% of the price, with way better equipment and services I made the switch. When I went to energy to cancel my membership, all I will say is the counter person was less than friendly. I gave them 12 days notice that I was canceling Well obviously that wasn't enough time and they charged me again for another month. Now I have to fight with the gym and spend money on a stop payment order...... I used to always say this gym was not like "other" gyms....but it turns out I was wrong. Planet fitness/fit for less/ etc etc.....half the price, and way better gyms. Avoid this place.

Expérience fantastique: I'm a returning member to Energy Fitness Studio. I appreciate how efficiently this business operates. My words to describe the staff: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Expérience négative: An embarrassing operation ever since individuals like Brad and Brian left this establishment has gone down hill. Having a life time membership price apparently means nothing as they can change dates with Covid closures and not update the client on the new end date. They state if not renewed day of membership expiring the life time membership rate is no longer offered. Offered the establishment to have my card on file to charge it every year and they stated we can’t do that either. Asked if any phone call or email went out to state new expiration date or coming up to my renewal period , they said they don’t do that either. This is simply a gym looking to get out of old membership agreements and the GM Adrian doesn’t even know his own policy and contracts. He states it reflects this in the contract and the contract doesn’t state anything pertaining to renewing the day of expiration or voiding life time membership. No correspondence from the gym with date changes and they offered little to no help when being a customer for over a decade. Unfortunately out of principal I will be finding a new gym and strongly encourage others to do the same. Seems all the management and trainers already have done so.

Expérience fantastique: Best gym in St. Catharine's! There's lots of equipment available, both in the cardio room and in the weight room. It never feels too crowded in there, even during peak times. Staff is always cleaning. Memberships are affordable and you get a ton of amenities that come with it.

Expérience fantastique: This gym is very clean, with good protocols in place for covid-19. We book our time for a 90 min slot. We wear masks while moving around. We are given individual rags and cleaner bottles. Equipment is in good repair. Yoga classes start this week.

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely love this gym. Even at its peak busy hours the various workout rooms are never crowded. They also offer an array of fitness classes geared to all levels of fitness and all genders. They also have a pool, a great obstacle course and a boxing room. The front desk employees are always smiling and kind and the trainers are the friendliest people I've ever met. If you're looking for a gym, I would highly recommend Energy Fitness Studio

Expérience fantastique: This is a great gym. Some gyms are really pretentious but this gym is very laid back. It's never too busy in there so you can always get on the equipment you need. They even have a full boxing room, TRX, basketball and an outdoor obstacle course! Also a pool. This gym is totally affordable and has it all. They even have towel service ;)
