Expérience fantastique: I have Been coming here for the last six months doing privates with Tamara post surgery. It’s incredible what Tamara has been able to achieve through her practice. I’ve attended many other Pilates Studios and I believe she provides the most value and is the most serious. She has alleviated my body pain through strength strengthening and stretching. I have gained so much more awareness of my core glutes and hip flexors. I would recommend the Pilates reformer privates for men that have body pain or tightness. Thank you Tamara for helping me improve my reality after years of Physio.

Expérience positive: So happy to have found a nearby fitness studio in Grimsby (that I can even cycle to)! I appreciate the vast equipment at the studio, and Tamara is an awesome instructor. She pushes you to challenge yourself, while always giving helpful feedback on posture. The small class sizes suit me well, and the vibe is really warm and welcoming. :)

Expérience fantastique: I was curious about Pilates but afraid to jump into a group class. Tamara first brought me in for three one on one's to ensure I knew the moves and postures/breaths before throwing me into a class. My safety was her priority! I felt at home and comfortable in every class from the beginning and have also joined the fitness groups now too. Tamara and all the members are so welcoming and fun!

I have never been able to maintain working out longer than a few months and here I am a year later still going and even better enjoying myself. Would highly recommend giving this studio a try!

Expérience fantastique: I joined last month for reformer pilates and quickly moved through my 3 intro classes and my first 10 pack of classes because the studio is so amazing! Tamara is an excellent instructor who gives very clear instructions. Because of the size of the class she is able to pay attention to everyone and give notes on form individually if needed. It is also very clean, and spacious despite being a small. The garage doors being able to swing open for a breeze is also excellent! I love this place!

Class sizes allow for everyone to receive the appropriate amount of instruction, so they can be successful. Instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive and genuinely passionate about your whole body health and happiness. Complete Fit Pilates & Fitness studio is a positive space, that I can’t get enough of.
