Expérience fantastique: First day under the new owners and let me tell you. It was amazing.I'm so happy to be back at my favorite place to start my day. I've been a member of TFW over 8 years.. was so sad when it closed and even happier when the girls decided. This can't be and reopened it. If you want the best GYM in Barrie! You found it.. especially ladies of a certain age, we know it's important to build muscle. This is where you're gonna do it without getting bulky. Sincerely happy to be home again TFW strong

Expérience fantastique: Training for Warriors the name scared me at first as well as intimidate me but I was desperate for a change in my life i’m a 53 year old lady going through new stages in my life and the minute I walked into the fitness studio I was greeted with a big smile and I knew I was on the right path. The coaches and owner are very accommodating and helpful they genuinely are there to help you in anyway they can I’m 3 weeks in but I know already that this will be my new routine every day look forward to seeing my journey transform inside and out . Expérience fantastique: I did yoga with Amy Ried and it was so incredible! She is amazing. this was my second time ever doing yoga. Amy was so helpful and reassuring. I loved it so so much. Best "me" time ever!
