They’re knowledgeable and do a great job creating workouts that are effective, challenging, and adaptable for different fitness levels. The classes are well run, the space is clean, and there’s a strong sense of community that makes workouts more motivating. It’s a gym that makes you feel comfortable while still pushing you to improve, and it’s one I genuinely enjoy going to. Highly recommend! Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I joined Iolite just a few months ago and already feel like I've been a member for years. Not only do they have the most welcoming instructors but with the members, it all just feels like such a welcoming and nurturing environment and I love being a part of it. It has helped me to stay motivated to keep going consistently and I always enjoy when I do. The classes are challenging but doable for all levels as the instructors will easily help you adapt for your fitness level or if you are working with any kind of injury. Their way of keeping you engaged throughout the year with different challenges or fun classes or activities is very much appreciated. Truly, I think what Iolite has created is something special; it feels like a community hub in the best possible way where the people are always encouraging, supportive and motivational. I'm so glad to have finally joined and wish I had a lot sooner!

My body has changed, my mindset has changed, I’m stronger and happier now! The ladies that go, as well as the instructors have been so wonderful. If you are thinking about joining just do it! No regrets!

Expérience fantastique: I started the BYOB program at six weeks postpartum and stayed through my entire maternity leave until my son was 13 months old — and I truly couldn’t recommend it more. The trainers are incredible at meeting you where you are at in your postpartum journey, and they’ve created such a supportive, uplifting community of moms. I’m really going to miss it now that my maternity leave is ending!

Expérience fantastique: People don’t realize that it’s not just about the workout that’s important. The energy in the gym is equally important to me. When you get a trainer who is easy going, knowledgeable and as a bonus funny and personable, it not only makes your workout better but your whole day! This week, Lo had the most amazing playlist going and she was dancing around and having a great time. It was such a tough workout but it passed by so quickly because of her positivity. All of the trainers are excellent and bring something extra special to this gym.

Expérience fantastique: I joined Iolite about 6 months ago after seeing friends post about it over the years. Although I consider myself an active person, I hadn’t been to the gym in several years. I have been able to witness consistent progression in my body, strength, form, and confidence. There is a lot of variety in different types of exercises that I would never do in a traditional gym. Really happy with my choice to join the gym and looking forward to continuing into next year.

There's so many different classes and the people are all very welcoming and open to helping you learn. It's comfortable for all fitness levels and overall, a very encouraging atmosphere.

Expérience fantastique: This is my happy place for sure!! A great variety of classes that meet everyone’s needs. It’s hard to pick a fav but I do love Mat Barre Burn, Bounce, and any Bootcamp. The teachers are so friendly, encouraging, and fun! The 45 min classes fly by!! Love this place!! Highly recommend!!

Annie is knowledgeable, kind, and has a healthy outlook on fitness and overall personal health. Such great energy - keeps me motivated to stay in routine. There's even access to a rooftop if that is available during your booked time. Studio also had tons of furniture, props, dresses, and different lighting (for more moody shots). Bushra was wonderful in assisting my shoot with my needs and I would definitely bring my future shoots here!
