My Personal trainer at Tri-Fit immediately made me feel comfortable and we have been working together for almost a year. They are great at adapting exercises to my needs and always encouraging and supportive. I also feel confident in sending my patients to see them for spinal strengthening work. It's clean and well kept and a very friendly and inviting place, unlike some gyms that leave you feeling a little like you don't belong. This gym is the exact opposite of that. The staff are all very well trained and certified and stay current. They also ensure that they work with your body and what it needs rather than against it.

Expérience fantastique: Carmen and Justin keep me tuned up with their massage and RAPID techniques. Highly recommend both of them if you’re looking for a good massage therapist. Sometimes it’s a bit loud with the music from the gym part but nice and quiet when there isn’t a class going on.

The boutique style gym understands the uniqueness of each body and has been instrumental in my recovery from surgeries while helping me maintain my fitness routine.
