Expérience négative: Pilates only once a week and you can only book 3 days in advance so if you aren’t early enough you’ll most likely have to go on the waitlist. Really bad customer service. Tried to scam me into a membership instead of class pack once my trial ended despite promising to hold the class pack pricing for when my trial ended and argued with me repeatedly even after I provided screenshots of what they had originally promised!

They were also well stocked with some products and hair tools, which was a special touch that I really appreciated. I attended a yoga class and left feeling absolutely refreshed. There is no attention to detail that goes unnoticed at this studio. 5 stars!!

The classes change a bit every 3-6 months so something new is always coming up! There are lots of workshops to try out fun things like trampoline classes. All instructors are so accommodating and non-judgemental - it is a great place for newbies and experienced class go-ers alike. The facility is clean with towels, lockers, and yoga mats provided. The staff are the best and I really look forward to going, which is saying something for a gym workout!!

The instructors are all amazing and very well educated and more then willing to assist when needed. The smoothies are top notch. Highly recommend!

Expérience négative: My review is for the corporate policies, rather than the location itself. Full disclaimer: I am enjoying the classes and all instructors are great. My complaint is with the company itself being so…greedy and unaccomodating. I am on a weekly payments plan $50/weeks ($200/m), which is quite expensive gym membership, if you ask me. I got sick over the holidays, so I emailed the membership specialist asking to put me on hold asap, because I could barely move, have a fever, and obviously not able to work out. The reply was “if you have illness or injury that prevents you using your membership, we can put your membership on a no-charge medical with a note from doctor..medical suspension require at least week’s notice to program”. Well, if I would have known in an advance that I would get sick, I would have probably just avoided the gathering in the first place that got me sick. Plus, it’s Alberta ! Your doctor’s appointment is booked months in advance.

Expérience fantastique: Been coming to Oranj for almost 7 months now and this place is top notch. You can order a smoothie before class and shop their beautiful selection of retail. The classes are so much fun and an awesome variety of classes for all different times of the day/week. The entire place smells so good and very well maintained. Instructors are the nicest people ever and very motivating. They are a full service gym so you don't ever need to worry about bringing towels or a yoga mats and if you ever need to get ready there, they have all your bathroom amenities, down to razors, hairstyling products and stylers. My absolute favorite part is ending a warm/hot class with a cold lemongrass towel.

If you want to start a fitness journey where you are appreciated, encouraged and supported, then I strongly suggest joining Oranj. i was suffering from my scolioisis from all the holiday events, and decided to go in for Restorative Yoga to help ease my back pain. Before class began, I informed Karen (the teacher) of my back problem. Right away, Karen provided extra props (blankets, blocks, cushions, bolster and a towel) all to help me lay down. I couldn't lay my back completely on the mat so these props helped. Karen then walked through the entire sequence of the class with me, showing me modifications to some of the poses she planned for class. Karen also incorporated back openers throughout the class just so we can work on my back. She even asked me to keep a mental note of the poses that helped my back so that she can learn what to incorporate the next time someone comes to her with the same problem. Karen proved she really cared about her student and about her work as a teacher. She took time to ensure that I was comfortable all throughout the duration of the class. She paid close attention to me. As a result, I had the best sleep I've had in 48 hours. My sincerest gratitude goes out to Karen and all the other teachers at Oranj! Thank you for always looking out for us!

Expérience fantastique: This is less a review of their services and more of a thank you to the lovely women who work at this location. Over the weekend, I was working a snow removal job in the plaza where this store is located. It was probably around 6:45 in the morning when I knocked on their door, because I had reached my limit and was completely exhausted. One woman, Naomi, came from the back and let me into their store to call my mom to find a ride, as I'm from Calgary and was essentially stranded there. A few of the girls popped from the back from time to time (I had interrupted their staff meeting) and were all super sweet. I was allowed to sit inside as long as I needed to, which was probably an hour and a half, and keep trying to find a way home. At one point Naomi even brought me out a freshly made bagel with all kinds of fixin's, which was perhaps the most touching to me. I had been out since 12am and hadn't had a chance to eat that entire night, and being a diabetic that isn't always the safest. The other ladies didn't know this, but when my crew left without me, they also took my hat, jacket, and gloves -- and I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't been allowed to stay inside. All in all, I don't know anything about smoothies or fitness, but I know that these are the sweetest people around, and they definitely saved me that morning for sure. Thank you so much to everyone, and especially to Naomi, who took the time to introduce herself to me, extend kindness, and even got me some breakfast. You guys are 10/10!

A stepdaughter attended her aerial yoga classes and wanted to continue because "Naomi is amazing". She has volunteered to give workshops to other Airdrie entrepreneurs on business topics. As a home-based business owner, she supported me with promoting and hosting a pop-up event at the studio. Plus, she is an amazing yoga teacher. I love all of the quality touches that you experience at this studio. Offering to have a smoothie ready for you at the end of class, providing towels and yoga mats, offering beauty products to help you get freshened up after class, and beautiful change rooms and studios all make this studio a can't miss.

I've been coming to the Airdrie location for over a month now and the energy is infectious! Not only does this studio have a variety of fitness and yoga classes, they offer beauty services, retail for both skincare/makeup and clothing, a smoothie/kombucha bar, annnnnddd child care! Moving to Airdrie was a good choice but choosing oranj has made it an absolutely phenomenal decision. It is so refreshing to come to a facility that they actually know your name and care about how your experience is, each and every time.

Expérience fantastique: This studio is EVERYTHING! It is beautiful, always kept very clean, entry, bathrooms, change rooms, showers, always spotless! Naomi and all other FOH staff are always so friendly and helpful. My kids love going to the daycare there. The variety of classes are perfect and the fact that the schedule changes with the seasons so you never feel like you are stuck in a rut. Also, all of the instructors are phenomenal and always willing to make suggestions for you due to injuries or other issues. I love this place and couldn't imagine my life without it!

It's clean and smells like lemongrass, the change room has tonnes of amenities and toiletries. The floors are heated so walking round is so comfortable. I enjoyed every instructor, and I've never done "classes" before. They have unheated, warm and hot for some of the classes for you to choose from. The app is super easy to use for booking your classes. The people, front desk and instructors were all welcoming and kind, it was obvious that they like working there. Highly recommend this gym!

The staff here make an effort to make EVERY boogier comfortable and inspired to become a better version of themselves. Expérience négative: Love the studio and classes, absolutely beautiful facility. The locker rooms and showers are amazing and they provide everything you could ever need, even complimentary yoga mats and towels. I had an unlimited membership for a year. I signed up for this membership before the studio opened on a special "early bird" promo. Rates much lower than my early bird rate were advertised within months of joining, which I found to be a little off-putting, but also maybe expected. When I chose not to renew my membership, I was auto-renewed and charged for an additional month. I was out of the country when the charge was placed on my credit card. When I returned home and tried to have the amount refunded, they refused and told me they could give me a credit only. I accepted the credit and left on good terms. When I returned to use the credit in the retail store a month or so later (before I moved out of the city the following week) I was told my credit ONLY applied to workshops and was not a "regular" credit. My last ditch attempt to regain my $$ was to request the credit be transferred over to the new Kensington location. Although still inconvenient to attend, it would be much closer to my new address than driving to Airdrie for a workshop. I knew about the new location as it had been promoted in the studio/every class for months prior. Unfortunately this request was also refused, I was told the second location was operated and owned separately and credits could not be transferred. Interesting, as months later now that the studio is open the website makes it very obvious that the same people are running the facility. As much as I loved the classes, it seems this organization is a money grab much like any other gym. The self love and care that is preached is nothing more than marketing.

Expérience fantastique: I was always a bit intimidated at the thought of participating in a yoga class. That all changed the moment I walked into Oranj Fitness Airdrie. Everyone on the Oranj Airdrie team is so friendly and welcoming, the instructors are very accommodating and provide easy to follow instructions. Oranj Airdrie is also open seven days a week which makes it easy to find a class that works with my schedule and I really enjoy the very yummy post-class vegan smoothies. Thanks Naomi, Shannon and team for creating a welcoming space to practice yoga (Oh, and to shop! Last week, I saw a pair of lululemon pants that have my name written all over them!)

As I would of had to find a daycare to watch him for an hour at a time but at the studio they have daycare included in my membership. So I can drop him off and go workout. Love it.

It is the right fit for our family, having child care for our daughter, the monthly unlimited for myself and the punch passes for my husband. Oranj is part of our daily routine. Sometimes we often call it "date night at Oranj Fitness", we do a work out before we go for dinner!!!
