Expérience fantastique: I dropped in for 2 morning classes while visiting from out of province. Coaches are knowledgeable, gym is organized and clean, and the other members were by far the most welcoming group of people ever. They made it feel like I belonged there, like it was my home box.

Everyone I know that goes there absolutely loves it, rants and raves about how great it is and how it has changed their lives. Our son attended some Teen Classes for a while at Crossfit 403 and he very much enjoyed them. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to be part of a community, make friends and work out as well.

Expérience fantastique: I finally decided to try out Crossfit 403 two months ago and I have been hooked ever since. Heather and the other coaches have encouraged a welcoming atmosphere geared towards improving the fitness of all who are willing to give it a try. The facilities are fantastic and the atmosphere is motivating and its easy to find a session to join anytime of day. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone that wants to get value for their membership and feel better in the skin they're in.

This is not a walk in the park and the personal training that you receive will take you to a level that you would not experience at a regular gym. There coaching is great and accommodating for any fitness and/or experience level. They have a great community who has been very welcoming since I have moved. If you have ever though of giving it a try this is the place to go. All the negative stories about CrossFit you hear are simply not true. CrossFit is not dangerous, poor coaching is dangerous. The coaches at 403 will get you on the right track, show you how to move safely and help you reach any fitness goals you may have!
