Expérience positive: Quite busy now, wasn’t as much before. Need more benches in the women’s side, there’s not enough given the size. Same co certain machines. Some machines should be replaced that aren’t even used as much or at all. Otherwise spacious women’s section. Cons: no massage chairs in women’s section. Machines take a while to repair. Repairs: The other machine next to the elliptical is broken too. Need to replenish paper towels in the women’s section and soap in most of them. One faucet has only hot scalding water all the time, other one is clogged. Not enough cleaning papers/towels in places. Note: thanks for fixing the kickback machine.

Expérience négative: Not coming back to this location at all Joined gym 2 days ago After saying no to personal training they got me into 1 day of free personal training Trainer was good he trained me for one day i liked it Now the problem starts that same trainer keep forcing me to get me personal training membership i refused Even after saying i have to leave for work he kept forcing me to get the membership But he then again offered me free follow up session i said ok because i just wanted to leave for work Next day i got busy i texted him in morning saying i might not be able to make it today or probably come late But he got soooo mad at me over phone saying his time is not free and all that crap That was sooo unprofessional i was standing in a busy line i couldn't talk much but i never asked for personal training then why getting mad at me for Im done with this location

Expérience négative: Amazing facility, but the sauna being down 3-4 months is insane. GoodLife is a premium gym, it is not cheap. They should have this fixed within few days or a week max. Not happy. Upper management needs to do something asap because the GM of this facility doesn’t seem like he is doing much.

Expérience fantastique: I have been coming here for years! It’s been my go-to gym. The workers are always great and friendly. Mitch and Deo in particular are amazing! Mitch is communicative, knowledgeable and always brings positive energy to the gym. Deo is supportive and even helped me find my stolen shoes at the gym recently. Without his help I don’t think I would have got them back. He was attentive and kind while also ensuring he followed gym protocol. Great display of professionalism and customer service from them both! Kingspoint is one of the best goodlife’s there is.

If you are looking to get into physical health training then you will not regret getting a personal trainer. One of the best trainers this establishment has is Jacob, he is knowledgeable, respectful and extremely fun to train with. All in all, whether you're starting out or are a veteran in the physical health training world, this is the place to train and / or be trained. P.S. My trainer has been very instrumental in helping me overcome a chronic injury that I once thought would limit my progress in training. Expérience négative: personal training is amazing i did learn a lot as a beginner, but it is so expensive i wish it was more accessible :( i’ve been trying to get out of the contract but penalty fee is too much money be careful with these things! Also, the manager is very rude and not sensitive with clients i was so disappointed with the way we behaved when i was trying to cancel. After a few weeks when i tried to cancel he wasn’t there, and someone in the staff told me he was sick. (how convenient) I did not have the money at the time to pay the penalty fee. I was looking for options to pay the penalty fee or at least make my contract short, but whoever is behind this business is so greedy!!!! also, even if you forget to pay personal training but you pay your monthly membership on time the staff won’t let you in which i find it stupid. I am really disappointed with this gym.

Expérience positive: Sep 2024: This message is to the manager or whoever orders the parts for the equipment. Can you please expedite the material and labour installation. It seems like it always takes months for 1 piece of equipment to be fixed, and it really shouldn't take that long if the material is local and the labour install is also a sub that is typ used to fix the equipment. Unless it's a special parts order, I'm not understanding the duration and lead times for equipment to be reinstated. Also, Lou is a big part as to why I come to this location, she's warm and inviting. Jan 2024: Would be nice if the staff cleaned more, it's irritating to see hair on equipment that you want to use and lots of dust on the floors. I like this location for how much equipment they have. Would be good if they fixed equipment in a more timely manner or replaced the older stuff that's worn down. Update: the gym has definitely done more cleaning of the floors to correct the hair issues I've noticed, however, there are still lots of clumps of hair.

Expérience fantastique: I have to say this is by far my favorite location! The staff at the front are always very friendly and welcoming. Both the coed and women's side are always clean. Tons of equipment to choose from!! The only thing I would say is on the women's side it needs a second cable machine. Other than that I'm always looking forward to my workouts there.

The machine is always occupied and often times many people don’t get a chance to use it. This is not fair, as the memberships are not cheap. Please review and make this happen. Thank you. 6 months later, and no smith machine. That machine is the most popular in the females side of the gym. Please listen to us and get another one. Thank you

Expérience positive: Update July 2024: My favourite experience at this gym includes the RIDE and RHYTHM RIDE classes on Thursday and Saturday, respectively. The instructor, Lorraine, is a personal trainer and prioritizes participants are riding safely by helping with bike setup and cueing safe body mechanics throughout the class. Her high-energy, engagement and music choices make the RIDE classes rewarding, while the choreo with RHYTHM RIDE is fun, but challenging. Worth the try as you’ll keep coming back for more! Jan 2024: My preferred location. Front desk is friendly, it’s 24 hours and staff are continuously cleaning. Best women’s section I’ve visited as it’s 1/3 of the gym so you can complete your full workout. Instructors for classes are friendly and engaging too. Bonus being greeted with a smile by the Manager there.

Expérience négative: I'm really let down by the service and maintenance at the gym. There's been equipment broken for months, and so many machines need upgrades. They haven't added any new machines, and almost all the treadmills have worn-out belts. This place needs a serious upgrade. Goodlife raised the membership fee, but we haven't gotten anything in return.

Expérience positive: Honestly it's a gym that's close To me literally 5 min drive love that there is a women only section but the cleaning is Not being up kept always hair all over the place washroom studio room it's Really gross. Today literally no Paper towel like the paper towel machine was either broken or empty. Machines stay broken for months before there fixed ceiling is always leaking or dripping not sure who is responsible for these upkeep but needs to be better people pay money to come here keep it maintained. One time I had to ask The cleaner to clean the stairmaster machine because dog hair was all over the steps.
