Expérience fantastique: Great team at Kingspoint. Gym is kept clean but would be great if the fitness room on the women’s side could be finally opened again since that large amount of rain. It has been closed for a while now and could be put to better use.

Expérience négative: I had a disappointing experience at the Kingspoint GoodLife location. My cousins, visiting from another country, wanted a one-month membership. We were charged a joining fee, which I understood, but at the end of the month, we were unexpectedly charged an additional cancellation fee that was never explained upfront. In total, we paid over $300 for just one month—far too expensive for a gym that doesn’t offer luxury facilities or even a pool. The staff failed to clearly communicate all the fees, which was very frustrating.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Have notice a lot of changes from when I started working with him earlier this year. Highly recommend working with him

Expérience négative: I’ve been coming here for years and honestly had a good experience overall but not for the past few months. A brown male Goodlife trainer has just been ruining the experience and I’m only speaking up since this has happened numerous times and yesterday was the last straw. At 6pm yesterday I was using a machine and was in a middle of a set this trainer then walks right of me mid set and stands there and stares at me until I finish my set. The only thing I can literally see was him because he was so close. He then asks “how many sets do I have left “and I say I have 2 left and then he gives me attitude and replies k then proceeds to stand in-front of me and watch me do my set and I don’t take long since all my rests are timed. Last time, I was on the chest fly machine and I was 1 set in and had 3 left the same trainer does the same thing stands right in-front of me mid set and the holy thing I can see is literally him because he is so close. I then tell him I have 3 sets left after he asks how many I have left then stand there and watches me. He then asks me again after 2 sets how many I have left and I told him 1 and he said how many much longer? I had to show him all my rests are timed and my rests have been only 1 min and you’ve only been waiting 4 mins. I’m coming off from work and drove through traffic for this this trainer to just be rude to me. Management please train your staff basic etiquette. i understand the gym can be full but some respect for others working out would be greatly appreciated.

Expérience fantastique: I've been a Member at Kingspoint for over 10 years and have watched the location go through many changes during that time, some good some not so good. The one positive constant during my time has been Andrea at the front desk. I cannot remember a day when Andrea has not been professional, friendly, helpful and courteous, always greeting me with a friendly smile(I think, not sure as she always has her mask on, LOL!!) and wishing me a good day when I leave. Tasheka, Andrea and Amanda made my experience great. 10/10 service.. Just got my membership and the staff is wonderful! I interacted with Tasheka and Andrea and they were so kind and helpful with finishing up my registration. They made my experience that much more enjoyable and easy. I will continue to come to this gym. Amanda was a great RPM instructor. very interactive with the class, she gets the class going! I an very hopeful in continuing my health journey and interacting more with these ladies!

Expérience négative: I visited this gym at 11:15pm May 09 and had an overall disappointing experience due to their restrictive membership policies. their rule requiring new memberships to be purchased only in the morning as per front desk staff is incredibly inconvenient. As someone with a busy schedule, I specifically visited at night to explore the facility and sign up, only to be told that I couldn’t join unless I returned during morning hours. This policy feels outdated and unnecessarily rigid, especially for a gym that operates 24/7. The staff was rude and unable to offer any flexibility and even refused to provide a gym tour,citing strict management rules.

Expérience négative: I had very bad time with this gym staff i go there in janury to join gym they ask me to get 3 days training they said its good and helpfull to know about how to do things We decided to get that i pay arount 200$ for that It gonna be 3 hrs training for three days so 1 hr in one days My trainer was lady infian lady name mishna or nisha i dnt remebr she give me traini g only 30 to 35 mints but keep showing me her previous result and trying to make my minde thats i get her as a full time teacher in gym for one year. But i was no ready i told her But she did not stop she bring more staff to wash my brain her supervisor he coworkers they were said that she is the best one she will be bsy after she have only limited seats to get student and she was oforing me some discounts and all . She give me too mouch stree and my sister was also there thay did same to her Then they were keep asking and we were keep saying noo and my trainer and her supervidor white tall guy get angry on us I know how me and my sister manage to get out of there after we start to go to normel gym for two months i go and because of healt issue we stop and we pause membership they did it for me but from my sister account they keep taking money then again we webt there and ask for refund and pause it agsin they refund but after some time again they star taking money just before some days we went there again to cancl and refund they said we can not refun call head office and from pause we cancl the member ship because of bad treatment and service . When we cancel they said we will take one paymnt and then it can be stop which nobdy told us when we get the member ship but that time when we go there first day they said ((((no fees for cancelation ))))so i said oky 45$ take and cancel because they said one byweekly paymnt which is 45$ but what they did now they cut 71$ from my and 71$ from my sister account When we call them said call head office we dnt know i havee all proof and onformatiin about ehats they did i will take action now This story is for new people who dnt know them plz be care full

Expérience fantastique: I love this GoodLife, everyone is so friendly & they have a good variety of machines. All the staff is lovely but I don’t know all of their names so I’ll just mention Loosh, who is always smiling, and Amanda, my favourite Spinning instructor. Great gym, I highly recommend it

Abi the person who showed me everything about the gym, offers, classes is very nice guy. He have really good knowledge about health. On our first meeting, he guides me a lot about my body and the nutrition I can take. He gave me very good offers that can fit into my budget. She was very sweet and patient enough to show me the equipments around the gym, was very knowledgeable, and ensure that I am using the equipments correctly and safely. Overall, it highly motivated me and boosted my confidence with my workouts.

Although it was busy, there was still plenty of equipment and weights available, and is alot cleaner and more diverse than the other goodlife locations in brampton. I had the pleasure of meeting Riya, fitness advisor, who provided excellent service by following up to make sure my membership was in order. Hope to visit this location again soon. Seen.

Expérience négative: Scam Scam Scam Scam My husband got membership in 2019 and i started in 2023. but on this location I booked 1 free season for personal training even and after that they just start compelling me to take another season for 15 days with 70% discount and they bound me for 1 year even without discuss with me . I attempted to cancel my gym membership within the required notice period, but despite providing proper notice and following their cancellation instructions, my subscription was never canceled. when I reached out to resolve the issue, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. This feels like a scam, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and customer service. I would caution anyone considering this gym to be wary of their cancellation process, as it seems intentionally difficult or misleading.

Expérience négative: Gym manager Isaac Who was wearing a aqua fit name tag by the way Embarrassed my friend and I during a workout. Gym manager Isaac approached me without introducing himself as the manager and started regulating my friend and I, more particularly me because I was sitting and engaging in a conversation , gym manager Isaac said he was watching me since I came in and said I’m not working out. As some with an enlarged disc in the lower spine unfortunately there are exercises I choose not to do and some I can. Which was what was going on between my friend and I. Gym manager Isaac decided to intrude and accuse me of training and threaten to kick out and further embarrass me without introducing himself first. Just think that’s pretty unprofessional service from a gym manager

Expérience négative: This gym is ghetto as all hell. Making my return more than 10 years later the womans side has not being taken care of. I remember seeing buckets in the workout room on the girls side gym and broken equipment (we still only have 1 stair master) for MONTHS. I love the womens side only gym but if you're not going to take care of it, get rid of it.. and seriously you never know how good you can have it until you drive to other cities good life and your gym experience improves. I have to drive out of town to use a recovery room that I pay for thats a part of my membership perks. On February 25th, I had one of the worst goodlife visits of this location to date. Towels and paper towels strewn all over the floor. Buckets placed meticulously about the room and ABOVE our heads (like say on top of lockers). Water dripping from the ceiling and onto our faces and the gym remaining opened during the whole thing. I visited around 1-4pm and the appearance of the gym left me utterly disgusted. The workers worked fast to try to address the situation ti the best if their ability. I wish there was more thought and care into this facility.
