Expérience négative: Absolutely garbage as a gym. 1) There is no real cleaning at this location 2) Half the gym equipment is broken or half functional 3) There are multiple tripping hazards throughout the gym cause the floor has bubbled up 4) Absolutely crap airflow, so enjoy the smell of body odor throughout your workout. Fair warning, just avoid this gym. You will save yourself a lot of trouble.
Expérience positive: I wanted to share a quick observation regarding gym attire. I've noticed an increasing number of members wearing flip-flops, which, from a safety perspective, isn't ideal in a workout environment. Shoes provide essential support and protection during exercises, reducing the risk of injuries. Perhaps a gentle reminder or a policy update could encourage everyone to wear appropriate footwear. Expérience négative: This gym has become absolutely horrible. As someone who has seen this gym from opening, to date, the decline of this location has been astronomical. First thing that’ll hit you is the absolute stench when walking through the revolving doors. There is a lack of air circulation, which is astounding given the demographic of the people residing in the area and attending this gym. The staff do not look welcoming, giving dirty looks to clients and attitude when doing their job. There is no real sense of a presence of management - cleanliness is non-existent, garbages overflowing, washrooms are utterly disgusting, the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in months, weights are everywhere but the rack, and machines are constantly broken. Again, let me remind you, the smell inside is absolutely sickening. There needs to be something done regarding capacity limits during busy hours. The gym is overcrowded, humid, smells bad and the staff don’t seem to enforce the rule of one person entering per card - this goes for the “black card” room as well (which is a scam by the way). Just wait till it’s unstaffed hours and you’ll find yourself wondering whether you’re in a Fit4less in Brampton, or a gym in New Delhi, India (what’s the difference!) Really, it’s that bad. I honestly don’t blame the staff for the neglect, the demographic of people coming to this gym will drive you to that level of madness Anyways, we’ll see how long this gym stays open for…the reviews speak for themselves
Expérience positive: Solid gym. Busy as expected from a gym located in this area, but dies down near the evening which is pretty good. It is spacious inside and there are plenty machines. Staff is not bad at all service wise. Only complaint I have is that the lockers are absolutely abominable if you can evel call it a locker, it's more so just small cubbies that can barely hold a folded towel. Also prone to fights which I'd attribute to the location

Expérience négative: I started my membership in March of this year. I cancelled today! The patrons of this gym do not know or refuse to use proper gym etiquette. They do not clean machines before or after use. They sit on machines holding it for their friends regardless of the line up waiting their turn. I would go in for a 45 min workout 4 times a week and the last 2 weeks took me two hours to finish. I waited for a machine to be free for almost 30 mins and just gave up at that point. It’s like they tag team the machines with no respect or care for other members. There are no consequences for these types of things. So I don’t recommend this gym, I am very disappointed in this place.
Expérience négative: Awful gym. Today's incident highlights why this gym is horrible. Ever since the new manager started a few months ago the staff do nothing. She keeps the gym clean during her shift but after she leaves it is a mess, she does not enforce the rules and the staff do nothing after she leaves. Today a fight broke out within the gym, the staff and the manager have had to talk to this "customer" multiple times, multiple people have complained to staff and directly to the manger but they did not remove him no matter the threats he made to other people or how uncomfortable he made others while breaking rules which was documented in this persons' file multiple times. Today he finally attacked multiple people, during this time, a person knocked on the staff's door because they were staying back there to avoid working the front desk. Since nobody came out, they assumed nobody was back there. Later another person knocked excessively, banging on the door, and finally a staff member and his girlfriend who also works there come out, clueless while the cameras and screaming show what is happening clearly as crowds are forming and people are running out of the gym. From this point, the agitator is still fighting multiple members and there is blood around the gym, other members are telling the staff to call police however they refuse to, some told them to even call their manager since they seem clueless on how to react, but the staff seemed reluctant to get involved by any means. Finally people started leaving for their safety, the gym members left while the attacker stayed in the gym and members pleaded staff to call the police to escort him out but they refused. The manager knew about this person, had multiple complaints about him, and the staff knew to avoid him for their own safety, yet they all refused to act. This incident could have been avoided by the manager, but she refused to take action prior. The staff did not push removing this member, and in this specific incident the staff simply did not care about the members, were not paying attention, did not respond when people knocked on the staff door to get them out, and overall lacked any sense of care of the event. Any escalations were always handled well by the previous manager, much better prior to this manager and it always was. Someone higher then the gym manager needs to step in and figure out what this manager has done and why the gym has gotten awful and why the staff do not care like they use to ever since she began. Edit: The police were not called on scene to remove the individual starting fights with members. The staff did not get the police involved to escort him out of the gym, just waited it out as he continued to try to start conflicts until he left. This update is 4 hours after the incident took place.
Expérience négative: It's been over 2 months now, and no one fixed these machines yet. There is also another set of the same machines and those are also broken. There is always no one at the front desk. No one knows whom to talk and if someone explains to customer service about a broken machine, treadmill, or missing dumbells, then their excuses are always ready.
Expérience négative: All there cable stuck when doing high stack… some of them doesnt even work!!! makes the whole workout difficult, switching cables to cables to just find the one that actually works
Expérience négative: Unfortunately rules.are not followed.or.enforced. rules.are just writings on the wall. people.dangerously working out in sandles, dropping weights loudly so they can get everyones attention and distraction and allowing non black.card members into black.card only areas. also.washroom cleaning means washroom are.closed.for.long periods without access. I believe if you create policies or.rules than they should be followed or enforced..otherwise just save the paint and signage on.walls and make.it gong show.

Expérience négative: Lately the gym cleanliness has declined. At 9am on a weekday there is barely any paper towels and cleaning solution to clean the equipment! It always smells especially patrons and they never clean up after themselves! I have seen patrons swipe the card and two ppl go in the gym where no one even says anything and there are signs but again people don’t read and people don’t care! Fit for less needs to step up and start having security at the door for this!

Expérience négative: This gym is becoming worse to worst as of now, Everyday i go for a workout,first of all over crowded as hell and there are literally some people asking for help to help them enter into the gym by making some lame excuses and thats annoying as hell. Second all the treadmills bcoz of overcrowding are full and half of them are always out of order . Its been the same story for almost a year now half of the treadmills are out of order and half of other carsio machines are either not clean or not working anymore. Third now the TV’s which are supposed to be on during whole time infront of cardio machines says no signals(like are your srsly kidding me) all 6/7 TV’s say the same. What are we paying here for. The experience keeps getting worse to worst day by day now. I cant even cancel the membership coz of this stupid policy that they have of no refund of the annual fee and neither they have another fit4less near my area. The other ones are 20-25 mins away. I seriously am frustrated with the kind of service these people are providing.

Expérience négative: Some of the machines doest work properly even the staff knows but nobody repairs them and the black card facilities are only available when the staff is there which is totaly waste of money bcoz i go the gym after my work around mid night and i cant use those facilities even am paying for them.
Expérience fantastique: The guy who is there on saturdays and sundays have been really helpfull. He makes sure that everyone follows policy in the gym. If he is in the gym no one tries to sneak in with their friends. He goes to people who wants help in the lobby and was really helpful to sign me up for membership. He talks about cancellation policies and informations like only one tap every 30 minutes. Really good service

Never go to a gym in Brampton. Nobody respects equipment. I have to drive to a whole other city just to work out. That $20 a month becomes $40-50 a month because of gas. I will be leaving.

He send me back outside to use the machine to sign up with no help (zero customer service). After signing up I paid 70+ dollars and have a note on my account with a warning to revoke my membership. This place is dirty, stinks and constantly unkept. Would not recommend for anyone.

Expérience négative: Worst Gym Experience Ever I had the most frustrating experience with Fit4Less. First, I tried to take a membership, and they deducted my money right away, but the issues started immediately after that. Their card vending machine wasn’t working, and there was absolutely no one available to help. I stood there wasting my time with no resolution in sight. It’s shocking that a gym claiming to provide affordable fitness solutions has no proper customer service or basic support for members. If you’re considering joining, I’d recommend staying far away. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

Expérience positive: The gym is okay but the main centre is men. As a girl, it is hard to do gym there because it is full of men. I feel little insecure not because people are staring or for other reason, it is just because I don’t feel comfortable doing exercise while men around me. They need to have a separate room if not then a certain area for women only. Just like they have black room but that is also filled with men. It is only for this reason, I am looking for a gym that has a separate section for women where they can workout without any hesitation.

Expérience positive: Great gym for the price. the staff are always very friendly. Good selection of machines, it is not too crowded during off peak hours and the staff are easy to contact. One thing I found silly was when I once came to just inquire about my membership(not to work out) the staff wouldn't let me in as I was with my baby. I wasn't asking to go into the exercise area at all I just needed to ask about my membership. I understand liabilities but this is a bit silly. Otherwise this location was great.

Expérience négative: UPDATE: Oil the machines! Of the few that actually work, most require oiling! They have 2 squat racks, and the second has the the plates and barbell sticking or hardly moving when I do my workouts. ------- Asked the 2 ladies at the front desk how do I upgrade my membership on the website, one outright said "I don't know how to do that, or how to use the machine or how to do anything here. Try the kiosk". And she works here. Lol. The kiosk didn't help me either. Couldn't find myself an option to upgrade. The Indian Sikh guy at the front yesterday was pretty polite and helpful though. Going to hope he works the front desk tomorrow and helps me out. The location at Trinity Commons has the best folks at the front desk - they help you just about with anything! Too bad the location has much fewer machines though.

Expérience négative: Hi, the gym is decent enough . But my reason for low rating is the lady staff at the front desk. She is extremely rude and lacks basic ethics of how to treat people coming in. If she wants to convey something she cant insult the customers by talking in such a rude tone thats very insulting and makes you feel low. Thanks

Expérience négative: One of the worst gym I have ever seen. Staff members are also not supportive. The guy who is working there doesn’t know the simplest process of new membership card registration so how can the other people know about that if the staff members don’t know. They told us the black membership card gonna be covered training but there was nothing. I and my husband waisted $150. It’s my humble request to owner pls have a look of your gym. Thanks

Expérience négative: Worst staff member i had to deal with today. I lost my membership card so i ring the bell and a lady answered and asked me to apply for a new card through kiosk outside. I couldn’t figure out so I ring again that same lady answered again and rudely asked me to do with kiosk even she was sitting just infont of me on desk. She could do it for me in 2 minutes but she didn’t want to do her job. She didn’t like her job I think. She just wanted money but not work. She rudely talked to me and didn’t help. Finally on my third ring a turban guy showed up. He was nice and he helped me out. Thanks to him. But that lady was terrible.

Expérience négative: Watched a cable machine snap mid rep sending an elderly man flying back today, this place barely has any equipment maintenance, at least a good quarter of the machines are broken in some way. If you can afford anywhere else, avoid this place

Expérience négative: I don't know, How long members must suffer from poor management of this branch.! Why no one is taking any action to fix staff behaviour of this branch?! Very rude and unprofessional staff, showing attitude to people and everyone who reaches the front desk for any kind of help or services. Everywhere is messy and dirty, most of the time no soap in men's washroom. mostly, staff are teenage girls, obviously being there just to show off, probably think they are heart surgeons♂️ While most of branch users are male (70%) Only one poor male staff exists and the rest are females which is very strange! In the meantime, the branch manager prefer to ARGUE with folks instead of organizing the gym and fix the out of service machines. I am regularly using this branch for years now, I've never seen the situation of this branch this much bad before as it is these days.! Staff behaviour is really bothering. Expérience négative: Staff is disrespectful and rude. Probably not trained in customer service. No regards for Fire regulations and dump the garbage using Fire exit doors which triggers the fire alarm every single time. They would keep the Fire exit door open until all the garbages have deen disposed (with the high pitch loud fire alarm ringing continuously). I wonder if the fire department knows this or not. 35% equipments offline year round. Maybe Fit4Less comes cheap for a reason.

Expérience positive: I am a black card member, went to worthington branch on Sunday evening around 7 pm. Shocked to see a 4-5 year old girl is playing , running between machines inside the gym! It is highly unsafe and i didn’t feel comfortable.Necessary actions to be taken to discourage such practices
Expérience négative: This place is a dump. It is always dirty. The ventilation is horrible and the majority of people who workout here seem to smell especially horrendous making for a lethal combination of putrid scent. They redid the black card section but didn't put any paper towel dispensers in that section so that you can wipe down the machines. Not that it would matter because half the time the paper towel dispensers and disinfectant bottles are empty. Ive just succombed to always carrying my own Lysol wipes. No one puts back any of their weights so you will spend a good amount of time trying to find equipment. About a third of the cardio machines are always broken. If you have a black card membership you can't use the massage chairs unless staff are there, which is stupid because they don't come until after 7 am weekdays and 11am on weekends (assuming they show up on time). I used to workout at GoodLife and decided to give fit 4 less a try when my membership expired towards the end of the pandemic. I used the love GoodLife and enjoyed going for my workouts. Now that I'm at Fit4Less I dread going to the gym. I can't wait till my membership expires so I can go back to working out in a proper gym with a better calibre of people.
