Fantastic experience: Dr Karen Chrobak is amazing and so kind! I came in for deep tissue and physio many times when I was a boxer due to shoulder (rotator cuff) injuries. Unfortunately I moved out of the city and wasn't able to come in anymore. I'll always remember Dr Karen as such a caring person who genuinely wants the best for everyone, as well as her staff and everyone working there, you're in good hands! Thanks

Fantastic experience: I am posting this on behalf of myself and my son (who has accessed SportSide support over a number of years). Not only is the staff highly-skilled and attentive to client needs, they are also committed client care and ensuring that patrons have a positive experience when visiting them. As a result of a sports injury, my son and I have recently been spending a LOT of time at the clinic. With each visit, I see the professionalism, but also feel the like-home warmth of the staff and especially kindness of those working at the front desk. A special shout-out to Rohit and Gillian whose skills have helped us both in more ways than I can express.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this place enough. Their staff is some of the most caring people I’ve ever met. I’ve been going there for close to a year now due to an acl surgery and even though they’re an hour drive I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Karen Chrobak was amazing. I enrolled in the Standard First Aid & BLS (Basic Life Support) course she teaches. Her expertise and engaging teaching style made the learning process incredibly memorable.

Fantastic experience: The care I receive at this clinic is unmatched. I have seen them for sports and non-sports injuries for years. They have gone out of their way to squeeze me in with a last minute injury, or accommodate me bringing my babies when I was a new mom. My mom also was a patient of theirs as she lived with cancer and was so well treated.

Fantastic experience: Both my boyfriend and I attend this clinic and we’ve had nothing but amazing experiences! I have personally worked with Sayyid and he is awesome - always knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and friendly. He truly helped me with some severe pain I was experiencing. I would highly recommend working with Sayyid, as well as SportSide in general!

Fantastic experience: Jay Dhaliwal is a true expert at what he does. I came in with a minor back pain and he quickly diagnose and help resolve issue with a vast range of exercises. Would definitely recommend!

Rohit has been very helpful with guiding me through every single injury. Fantastic experience: Jay offered great physiotherapy service to my mother who was battling chronic wrist pain. Jay reviewed all the necessary paperwork and took a comprehensive history. He was able to clearly convey what the issue was and set up reasonable treatment goals. Jay explained the techniques he was using and their purpose in simple language. By the end of the session my mother was already experiencing pain relief! Would recommend anyone to see Jay for their physiotherapy related needs!

Fantastic experience: Getting physio done for my hip with Jay and he was wonderful! Super knowledgeable physiotherapist and makes you feel as comfortable as possible the entire time! If you want to go to a clinic that treats you like family and get results visit Sportside Medical and see Jay! I will definitely be seeing Jay as my regular physiotherapist going forward.

Fantastic experience: The best multidisciplinary clinic in the GTA for both sports injuries and non-sports issues. I suffer from back and neck pain, and Dr. Chrobak treats me with acupuncture, chiropractics, and targeted therapies to help improve my pain and posture. The staff is professional and friendly, the clinic is spotlessly clean, and the treatment is top notch. Highly recommend for anyone with any pain or injuries!!

Fantastic experience: By far the best therapy that I’ve received to date. Instead of 10 minutes for a treatment, you’ll get 45+. Multiples treatment approaches are utilized. If you want to use your money wisely, or maximize your benefits coverage, Sportside is the place to go.

Negative experience: Directed medic to injured player ... he felt it more important to stop and talk to friend.... very poor performance
