Logan Lake Gym

Logan Lake is a picturesque town located in the heart of the Highland Valley in British Columbia.

Our Recreation Centre is the center of activity for the community and includes an ice arena, curling rink, and weight room.  The Recreation Centre can be found in the center of Logan Lake, 31 Chartrand Avenue, just a short walking distance to our downtown commercial area where a variety of stores and shops are located.

The 800 square foot Fitness Room in the Recreation Centre is operated by the Logan Lake Inclusive Fitness and Training (LIFT) and consists of free weights, universal machines and cardiovascular equipment. The Fitness Room hours are as follows: Tuesday and Wednesday 11:00 am to 11:00 pm; Thursday 9:00 am – 11:00 pm, and Friday to Monday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Closed all Statutory Holidays.You may contact the LIFT Society at [email protected].

Fantastic experience: I have a friend named logan, he said he moved Logan lake.. Did he use the gym to bulk up before moving the lake?

Fantastic experience: A nice gym with rack, lots of plates including some bumpers, all the benches you need, cables, dumbelles up to 110 I believe, cardio equipment, cables. Best gym for a small community that I've seen.
