Welcome to FEMME Fitness! We are a state of the art fitness studio in the Kawarthas available by the hour to professionals in the fitness community to teach classes, train clients, or host workshops. We provide a beautiful space in which instructors can share their knowledge, build a community, and help others live healthy active lifestyles. We are also a licensed provider of on-site Organic Spray Tans, and SunnaSmile Teeth Whitening. Our 2018 Fall fitness schedule will be out mid-August. Fantastic experience: This is the best studio I have ever been to! Very relaxed in environment, great workouts. I have only been attending for a little over a month (personal training & group fitness classes) & have nothing be good things to say!! I encourage everyone to give it a go :) Awesome place Gabby!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Gabby in October and have never felt better! I have more energy, clothes are fitting better and have noticed a huge difference in my strength. It goes well beyond training sessions. Gabby is commuted to helping me reach all my goal through meal planning and accountability by keeping in touch throughout the day.
