Fantastic experience: Coach JP was invaluable during my rehab after a serious heart issue. He provided so much support and encouragement beyond just his fitness expertise. I can’t thank him and the BTG team enough. Thanks to JP, I am off to do another Spartan race this weekend, something I didn’t know if I would ever do again!

Fantastic experience: An excellent experience with JP and the Body Transformation group. Really great hands on semi private physical training. Fun and challenging training sessions made the workouts really dynamic and engaging. The BTG training facility is very well outfitted and has exceptional trainers. JP is awesome and the BTG program will help you achieve your goals. A++

Fantastic experience: JP Is an amazing and enthusiastic coach. He really takes the time to listen to your goals and ambitions and caters training around it. The adaptability of his workouts allow for all fitness levels to benefit. 100% recommend to everyone.
