Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Yarelis 2.5 months ago. Very overweight and with zero fitness, I was very nervous if I was the "type" to have a personal trainer but I took the step and signed up for 6 months at two sessions per week. I am now 30lbs down in weight and I can actually see some muscle in my arms and legs. I have way more energy for my kids and life in general. The change to nutrition and lifestyle is big and can be a real challenge some days but honestly, I never believed that I could get the results I am seeing. I am hugely thankful to Yarelis for her professionalism, her belief in me and her ability to keep me motivated, even when I am whining!!
Fantastic experience: I've been training with Yarelis for 2 years and I am very happy I found her! She makes the sessions fun and challenging. She keeps my physical condition (previous knee injuries) in mind when going through my workout and exercises. She also makes suggestions on my diet. She encourages me when I do well with positive feedback and keeps me in line when I fall off track , She never gives up. I have only seen positive results with Yarelis and I look forward to training with her several times a week!
Fantastic experience: THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. I injured my back some time ago and have been suffering with back pain that never seemed to get totally better. I have visited chiropractors, lazer therapy, massage and physiotherapy with little results, I feel. I now have had a number of the Fascial stretch sessions with Yarelis and not only does my whole body feel better but especially my lower back. There should be more advertising on this Fascial stretch. Lets face it I dont think any of us really stretch as much as we should so this type of treatment is the real McCoy. I feel like a million bucks. Thanks Yarelis I actually enjoy golfing again.
Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about training with Fit2crush. In 2015,16,17,18. I experienced allot of stress which I will not go into. However, how this landed in my body was huge. My lower back would not allow me to do all the things that I love to do. I have been working on this now for a year with Fit2crush. I am in better shape than I have ever been. I am 62 years old. This is truely amazing I am so very happy even though I have been a member of Worlds Gym for 25 years and GoodLife Fitness as well. I love the gyms BUT I want you to understand that personal training undid all the wrong programming in my training. I am older now and have now got the technique down. There is more. People during this pandemic my mental health was GREAT!!! The reason is that I was able to train within the guidelines and restrictions and continue to get stronger both physical and mental. I have been able to go hiking...This is so fantastic. I love training here, I am supported and constantly improving. I am so amazed, I never experienced this level of improvement in all the years at the gym as well as training at the Gyms. I can guarantee that you will see results that you never thought possible. I LOVE IT!!!
Fantastic experience: Great place and new equipment. Yarelis is awesome. I went for a quick look and I burned 3956cal that day (see the photo). Also, I tried the massage, and it was great. Love Fit2Crush :)
Fantastic experience: Yarelis, is a great and knowledgeable professional fitness trainer, she knows exactly what part of the body needs to workout harder and how to increase resistance and balance on every other part, not only she will help you to get better results, she will train with you for a maximum workout benefit. Before starting with her I was 210 lbs and 28% body fat, did trained for 2 years with different fitness trainers and always stayed the same on weight and body fat. After 10 months training with her I'm 188lbs and 19% body fat. My level of resistance and stamina are over the roof. I highly recommend her for personalized training. She does the zumba classes in a big box gym on 130th that I have yet too try but know that is always packed.
