Fantastic experience: I've been a member since 2019 when I joined the Masters program. Since then, my strength, flexibility, stamina and cardio fitness have all improved. I no longer injure myself when practicing physical activities. The training is A+ and fun! I can honestly say that I am fitter now than 25 years ago. I made friends in class and built a new community which is not easy when one retires. In addition the coaches make sure that each member receives specific corrections or variants of exercise to account for their particular health concern. Everybody is well taken care of therefore can apply oneself without fear. This place is a rare gem.
