Fantastic experience: The name "Elite Energy" speaks for itself. Elijah is an amazing trainer. He pays attention to small detail, showed me the importance of having a strong mindset and is always there to guide you when you need it. Elijah truly cares about each of his clients. He pushed me to explore outside of my comfort zone and helped me to realize my potential not only in the gym but out in the world too.

Fantastic experience: It has been amazing working with Elijah. He has really helpful and supportive in improving my soccer skills, preparing me mentally as well as guiding me on the best practices of an elite. In regards to fitness and weight loss, he helped a lot I was able to shred 10 lbs in a month and get my body match ready. I’m so happy I embarked on this journey with him. Amazing coach, good facility, great experience.
