Fantastic experience: I simply can't rant and rave enough about this studio. It's ideally located for me just steps away from Runnymede station. The studio is tucked away on the second level, like a lovely nest up in the tree would be. It's small, warm, comfy and delightful, suited to my tranquil easy nature. I love that class sizes are small and allow for a one-on-one approach. The management is kind and generous, and the instructors are everything I ever hope for when going to a class: sincere, calm, knowledgeable, easy and adaptable. The Yoga Restorative is a breath of fresh air waiting to fill you up! Nest you've got me as long as you'll have me! :-)
