Fantastic experience: If you're looking for personal training no matter what your fitness level is, this is your gym.The gym is beautiful, clean, and well equipped with everything you need .Kevin is an excellent trainer.He is super friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not be where I am in terms of strength and confidence without him. I am such a happy client. I highly recommend this gym to everyone.

Fantastic experience: The gym is very clean and nice. Kevin is genuine, kind, patient and a good trainer. It's a major plus that it is a women's gym, I feel very extremely comfortable here!

Fantastic experience: i had the best workout during my busy schedule, this is the best location for me to go and have a quick and effective workout the service and personal trainers are the best in the area :)
