Fantastic experience: I recommend The Movement Headquarters to anyone. This facility is adaptable to any age and fitness level. I joined a few months ago. I have suffered with back issues for years. Over a very short period, my aches and pains have decreased, my flexibly and strength has improved immeasurably. The workouts change daily and can be adjusted if needed. Cassandra is amazing, she is professional, kind, patient and understanding. She designed an individual program which took into account my medical issues and fitness level. Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program and continue weekly to reach my health goals.

Fantastic experience: The Movement HQ is one of the most inclusive gym environments I have ever attended. With phenomenal coaching staff, and other people who attend. Would strongly recommend anyone, no matter age, or gender to join!!! There’s so much different variety and the coaches are so adaptable into helping you achieve your personal goals.

Fantastic experience: Movement HQ handled our off ice team training for U15 hockey this year. Jordan was always well prepared, the sessions were fun and challenging and there was a real improvement in team fitness over the season. Most importantly, the team loved going and Jordan was a big part of that. I would definitely recommend them for any hockey teams looking for a solid workout option.
