Fantastic experience: Have had an amazing experience working out here at F45! I honestly didn’t like going to the gym but these classes make lifting weights way more fun and inclusive.

Fantastic experience: Honestly have had an amazing experience here at F45! I am used to the commercial gyms but these classes make it fun and different. The dreaded cardio classes are not as bad when you have an amazing coach and supportive classmates who are all in the struggle together. Location is super clean, the coaches ensure that everything is wiped and ready for the next class and I love how inclusive they are here. If you are looking for something different than just the treadmill or regular gym workouts, I would 100% recommend coming in and talking to someone even for a trial!

The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to modify exercises if you have injuries or need adjustments. What I really appreciate is how Deaf-friendly the studio is. The TV screens display everything clearly - exercise demos, countdown timers, etc. - making it easy to follow along visually. The setup ensures I never miss a cue, which makes a huge difference in my workouts. If you’re looking for an inclusive, supportive, and high-energy studio, this is the place to be!

Fantastic experience: New location with great equipment. In just a few weeks I noticed a major difference in my health and in my strength. I wasn’t laboring to walk up stairs anymore and I could do more than a few pushups. The trainers are amazing and will push you the right amount without belittling you. Great atmosphere and great community to be a part of!

The music is always on point, creating an upbeat atmosphere that makes the workouts feel like a party.
