Fantastic experience: Love kicking it with the trainers at 9Round in Courtenay! Great atmosphere, friendly, helpful, clean. Fantastic experience: I joined 9round Comox Valley in September after searching for a good kickboxing studio. I found other boxing gyms can be very intense but 9round is so welcoming! I love that you can show up at anytime (no class times), jump right into the stations, and it’s all over in 30mins! 9 stations, 3mins at each, plus a 30sec active rest between each. If you’re new, they will help you through each station! The owner and trainers are so amazing and truly care about every member. Love 9round!
