Fantastic experience: I just love this place! The instructors and equipment are wonderful. I used to do Boot Camp here, but haven't tried the Stronger program yet...I have heard amazing things though. I taught yoga here for a few months and still enjoy Zoey's yoga classes. Such an amazing service to have in a small town!! Thank you!! :)

Fantastic experience: Sarah and her team have devised an awesome series of group fitness classes - they are so awesome I have been in regular attendance for 10+ years! Over the years she has somehow managed to keep things fresh, maintain her enthusiasm, and continue to support all of us on our fitness journeys. Keep up the great work!
