Positive experience: Staff are friendly! Hours haven't been consistent with what's posted online. The equipment is very outdated.

Positive experience: They are open on time the place is clean and the cost for a senior is very reasonable.

Positive experience: Most of the cardio equipment has issues. Overpriced. However it's the only gym on the whole Eastern Shore, so by default it's the best.
