Fantastic experience: Aquafit and Hydrotherapy are an essential party of injury or post op recovery, if you have the right instructor.

Fantastic experience: Great place for my family... kids learn to swim while me and my wife hit the gym. Gyms not bad for the price, it's got pretty much everything. A few machines are a bit dated though. Could use a few more plates too. Also the programs for kids are great. They have a nice juice/ snack bar... what else do you need?

Fantastic experience: I’m loving all the aqua fit / hydrotherapy classes at the waterdown location where the excellent instructors offer a diverse approach to each of their classes. it’s always entertaining and fun on Tuesday and Thursday with Jason who brings so much energy to his class, but any day I go I get an excellent workout with the instructors

Fantastic experience: Never really had an issue people were nice, equipment worked , janitorial staff really does a good job

Positive experience: Absolutely love the program. It's really beneficial for body and mind. Best Staff ever, so friendly and always more than helpful.
