Gladiator training

Fantastic experience: My older boy started to workout here a few years back, as part of a spring hockey team trining. He then decided to continue to workout at Gladiator non-stop during the season and offseason. Greg, Sam and the rest of the team are amazing, having provided take home workouts to help with my son's progression in addition to working out here on a regular basis. He has taken huge strides in terms of his speed, power and strength. Since this time my younger boy has joined and he really enjoys his time here. I would recommend Gladiator to any athlete.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had teams and individual players train with Greg and his sons for a decade with phenomenal results. Greg genuinely cares about his players and it is reciprocated. He follows and promotes them along their careers.
