Fantastic experience: Josh's ju-jitsu class is amazing! He has a knack for breaking down techniques in a way that's easy to understand, no matter your level. His classes are a great mix of detailed technique practice and practical drilling. Rolling is optional, but there’s a good chance of running into other experienced people that you can learn a lot from. You'll definitely feel yourself improving each class. Plus, Josh's passion for ju-jitsu really shines through, making every session fun and engaging. Highly recommend if you're looking to up your game in a friendly, supportive environment!
