Pure Strength has been in business for over a decade and has built a strong reputation throughout Durham and the GTA in regards to sports performance. The Pure Strength Facility, is located at 282 Monarch Avenue, Unit 26, Ajax, ON. It includes a 3,500sqft gym, 5,000sqft turf area, training rink, synthetic shooting pad, athletes lounge and more. The gym is equipped with four full commercial racks, two full sets of dumbbells up to 120lbs, barbells, plyo boxes, TRXs, resistance bands, assault bikes and everything a player could ever need to get better.

Fantastic experience: My son is 11yrs old and recently started with their football training program. My son absolutely loves it and looks forward to training there every week. Josh and his team have created a very positive and motivating environment and I am so happy I came across this gym. The team does a great job pushing them to their potential. I can see this being the spot where my son will be continuing his journey. I highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Great place for the serious athlete. My teenage son trains here. Josh will help you get stronger and more athletic. It will also help you avoid injuries.
