We've recently expanded to include a golf simulator so you can stay fit and get your game on! You don't need to be a gym member to book the golf simulator. Non-members are welcome.
The monthly membership includes use of the gym 24 hours a day 365 days a year. * The Fall Fitness Promotion includes one FREE simulator booking. Book online.
Simulator Booking Fee is $30 per hour (includes up to 4 members per booking). You can book online and pay using etransfer ([email protected]) or pay in person.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym very clean great owner 24 hours to accommodate every schedule. All the equipment works large amount of cardio equipment. Has AC in the summer and heat in the winter so you don’t freeze in the winter like the other gym in town where it’s an ice box . This gym is well taken care of . Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I love this gym! ️ We regularly recruit our friends to come try it out. Has a great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming, decently busy but never crowded, and has never felt like it's lacking any equipment. It's also very affordable, which is great! Also, if you want an absolutely fantastic personal trainer, just ask for Parker Murray!
