Fantastic experience: Excellents entrainements axés sur la qualité des mouvements, la création de force musculaires, le tout dans un environnement de groups avec un entraineur en tout temps. Apprentissage progressif, et entrainements qui changent chaque 6-8 semaine pour la flexibilité et pour augmenter la motivation et l’adhésion au programme.

Fantastic experience: This club is unique on many aspects: It starts by teaching you the fundamentals of all movements which makes you master the technique and reduce the risk of injuries. I also love the semi-private coaching system. You don’t feel left alone yet no pressure from the coach watching over you all the time. All the coaches are well trained and very friendly. I have been going to this club for almost a year and I am very happy to feel part of this wonderful community of coaches and students

Fantastic experience: If you wanna try something, fun and challenging, this should be it. It is a great and unique way to build your strength. endurance and cardio. You get the support and attention from your coach. It seems awkward at first, but dont worry, you'll figure it out. Its worth the investment.

Fantastic experience: Kettlebell Club Laval is the first place where I’ve truly felt like I belong. In October 2024, I decided to take a chance and sign up for a six-week program, and from day one, I was hooked. I’ve been a member ever since. The coaches are not only experienced and dynamic but also incredibly kind. The workouts are fun, high-energy, and always keep me motivated class after class. If you're looking for a change and something that truly delivers results, this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: Des bons coachs compétents et attentionnés . Belle ambiance. On voit les résultats après quelques semaines, non seulement c’est très efficace comme exercice, en plus, très motivant, pas ennuyant du tout de s’entraîner en groupe et un entraîneur qui nous coach. Pour le prix, c’est abordable!

Negative experience: 1/ Tres mauvaise politique! Si tu ne peux pas venir à un cours, le propriétaire refuse catégoriquement que l’on reporte une autre date ultérieur … les cours coûtent extrêmement chers par rapport à la norme … la je perds 2 semaine de cours (deja payé !!!)car je ne veux plus JAMAIS y retourner : le propriétaire me dit que j’ai eu 1 mois gratuitement ( c’était compris dans le deal) alors que c’est faux : dans 1 mois je n’y suis allé que 15jours. 2/ aucun suivi : tu te retrouves à faire le même excercice durant 2 mois sans aucun changement Dutout ! Pour le prix, il devrait revoir sa prestation de service ! Car en 2 mois je n’ai eu absolument AUCUN résultat même en changeant mon alimentation!

Fantastic experience: Saw this ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I took a 6 week challenge and it was amazing. I had almost no mobility from sitting at an office job all day. Great experience with knowledgeable, friendly and motivating staff. They took the time to see my limitations and guided me on what to do to prevent injury. Strongly recommend for people over 40.
