I have been in the fitness industry for over 7 years as a Personal Trainer Specialist through Canfit Pro and have achieved my CrossFit Level 1.  I have completed half Marathons, Triathlons, 10k's, and participated in the MS Bike tour multiple times, but I am also a mom of 3 and everyday I welcome new challenges and have always made fitness a part of my life. 

My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise and workout. My experience and approach to fitness and health will have you reaching your personal fitness goals and achieving milestone after milestone in no time.

Join a community of seniors and older adults for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level using resistance bands, weights & body weight. Program is designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, and muscular strength. The workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance training with plenty of friendly fun.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and have a loud speaker or TV to make your workout more enjoyable. One treadmill you can play solitare on it while you walk or run on it. Felt like I was working out in my own home.

Fantastic experience: The gym is amazing great equipment, clean and there is even a rock climbing wall. Leanne is a very awesome trainer and gym owner. I highly recommend visiting this gym.
