Fantastic experience: The staff here are amazing and really capture the spirit that misses from other places in my opinion. They are very friendly and helpful when it comes to any and all questions or just general banter however, they still maintain a peak professionalism that will get you focused and chipping away at your goals with an enthusiasm I never thought I had in me. Definitely recommend Deem, you cant go wrong! :)

Fantastic experience: I'm just starting my fourth week at DEEM, and I'm thrilled with my experience so far. From the moment I filled out the intake form, I already started making different food and activity choices. I decided to come to DEEM because of an injury that had been preventing me from working out for far too long. Mikkie has created a customized workout plan that allows me to still move and get a good workout in. Her knowledge of the body is evident and I really appreciate the personalized approach. All members and staff at the gym have been incredibly warm and welcoming.
