All the members are super supportive, Jeff is a wonderful trainer, and it’s the first time in my life I get excited about going to the gym. Still not certain I know what I’m doing most of the time-but showing up feels good. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: No one has ever accused me of being athletic but this has been worth every penny. Training sessions with Jeff are fast paced, well-rounded and packed with a lot of exercises. He has a good sense of when to push and when to ease up. Battle ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, elastic bands, floor mat work, ladders, jump ropes, weighted sleds and pilates are all used to build up core strength and improve coordination and balance. This is quite unlike any other gym I've been to. It really is a playground.
