Haysboro Fit

Fantastic experience: I am on my third week with Haysborofit and I am absolutely loving the classes. The instructors are amazing and very motivating. The classes are small therefore you get more personal interaction with the instructors. Everyone is so friendly and we all push each other to do our best. I am so happy I found them, they have really helped me get out of my slump that I have been in these last two years.

Fantastic experience: Haysboro Fit has absolutely helped me enjoy working out. The team that leads, Marisol, Tanya & Stephen, are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, welcoming, motivating and wonderful people. The classes are hard but keep you coming back! They push you and you actually enjoy it! Honestly, give them a go, you won’t be disappointed, and you deserve it. ❤️

Fantastic experience: This business is amazing! Due to COVID I have yet to go to the facility, however I am loving these classes! The online classes are hard, accommodating and changing every class. Marisol uses time to go over workouts modify them if needed and provides feedback even with video workouts. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a push in their home gym.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Haysboro Fit. I took their outdoor classes in the Haysboro Community Centre park for several months. Marisol the instructor was really great, and obviously very qualified. She selected exercises for working various parts of the body, demonstrated the proper forms for each, and scaled them down if necessary (for those who had particular issues). She also very kindly sent some videos and exercises to work on at home. I highly recommend Haysboro Fit and hope to continue with them on my fitness journey!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Thursday night class at the park and it is awesome. The instructor Marisol always have an original way to make us workout. She explains and demonstrate the exercises every time and always propose 2 or 3 different ways to do it depending on your level. I even brought my Mom to a class and even if she doesn't speak one word English she was able to follow the class. Marisol even found ways to show her how to improve her movement without speaking with her.

Fantastic experience: Been working with Steve for about 5 weeks now, massive improvement in my strength and mobility. Flexible workout times, knowledgeable staff, and great training sessions make Haysboro a great choice for your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Excellent knoweldge base, confident and friendly but the key was the pateince. They explain things well and are patient with getting me in the right form and posittion even remotly by video.
