Fantastic experience: When I go to The Valley Studio my shoulders relax. When I see Araceli's smiling face and receive her fun, positive energy, I'm so happy I took the time out of my busy schedule to make time for me. Araceli and her studio have so much to offer those seeking wellness, meditation, pain reduction, and healthy exercise at any age. I also appreciate the connection with our community of like-minded people who want to enjoy the benefits of all of this and more. She offers 1:1, group, and also rents the studio. Her website is very easy to navigate to answer your questions, as well.

Fantastic experience: Araceli is full of energy and her Zumba classes are amazing. Highly recommending the Saturday classes as you would relax your body and mind with the following yoga class. In each yoga class she use different tools and techniques. By the time your morning session at the Valley studio is done you feel energized, recharged and relaxed to continue with your day. The location is special as well, a must see. Thank you Araceli!!

Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying my experience at the Valley Studio. It is always clean and Araceli (the owner) ensures that we have a positive experience. Suggestions: there is a lot of « echo » in the studio. I often can’t understand when she is giving instructions (not her fault ).

Fantastic experience: Studio space is beautiful, clean, and inviting. I've done zumba before so that wasn't new, but I hadn't taken a meditation class before!! I left the class feeling literally 2 inches taller and I can't wait to come back
