Fantastic experience: Every strength training session with Ryan is fun and challenging. Ryan not only provides a great workout, but we talk about everything from body mechanics and weight management to mindfulness and spirituality. I am learning a lot about my body but also my whole being - body, mind, and spirit. Ryan has incredible knowledge, patience, and a calm demeanour. He is gentle and kind and will work your body to its appropriate edge. I highly recommend Ryan! Fantastic experience: I was new to yoga but decided to try it to help with my back pain, strength and flexibility. I was fortunate to see Ryan for private practice lessons. Ryan is very knowledgeable and a fantastic instructor. The private sessions with Ryan gave me the opportunity to learn the poses properly, and have the sessions tailored to my needs. My flexibility and strength have improved greatly and I am looking forward to continuing to learn from Ryan.

Fantastic experience: Ryan is my go-to yoga teacher in Thunder Bay because he provides individualized instructions and corrections even in a class setting. I have been going to his classes for over a year now and I know I have improved so much more with him as my teacher than I would have otherwise. His knowledge in relation to alignment and the poses is quite impressive and he is able to modify his instructions to a huge range of abilities/levels in part because of his physiology background. I saw that I wasn’t able to progress as well in some areas due to muscle weakness so I asked Ryan for a weight program that would improve my overall strength. Even after a month I can see the difference in my yoga practice as well as other areas. I definitely recommend Ryan to anyone who asks me about yoga or strength coaching.

Fantastic experience: Hello Everyone, I do not usually write reviews and yet here I am because I feel strongly when I meet people whom I feel are living their lives with integrity, purpose and passion. So here I am, truly grateful for meeting this humble, gifted teacher with a big heart, hypnotic voice and always a big smile. I highly recommend Ryan. I was in Thunder Bay for a month and received the gift of having Ryan as my yoga teacher. Ryan was always attentive to my body postures. He guided me with care to improved alignment in my postures and helped me do it with maximum ease. I always felt safe and seen, challenged and inspired, and became more alive, and felt more aware of my movements. I left after a month feeling so connected and condident in my new practices and can' t wait to take more classes with Ryan when I do return. Thank you Ryan.

Fantastic experience: Coach Ryan Gallant is super nice and is very knowledgeable about physiology. I am 72 and was a couch potato for many years and then went through a knee replacement and two foot surgeries. I made up my mind to do something so started training with Ryan. He was very understanding of my age and my physical limitations and he started my training very gently. Soon my stamina and well-being increased and I started feeling stronger. Besides that I lost weight and could do many activities that I couldn’t do before. This really was life changing for me and so I highly recommend him as a coach. Joy Buset
