Negative experience: Not a fan of how they are treating the local pigeons, pretty sure they have mother pigeon locked out of its coop

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful and inspiring space! Definitely the best gym I have ever had the pleasure of bettering myself in. Hilda is such a warm and welcoming energy, all around an amazing experience as a member!

Fantastic experience: Had my first personal training session today with Hilda. She took her time, showing me how to properly do the exercises and use the equipment. She encouraged me when I felt weak and really helped me feel better about what I was doing. Her gym offers a judgment free zone that really makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend checking the facility out.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure this past Saturday to see the new location in Merickville. Love the building. Love the layout. First floor has everything i needed to prepare for a meet that day. Cardio area upstairs and an area for pole fitness. Loved the renos. Place is well equipped, clean and bathrooms were above satisfactory. Anytime im in the area and need a workout , ill be sure to drop in on Hilda and her facility to keepy routine going on the run. Highly recomemd the ub and Hildas wealth of knowledge

Fantastic experience: Hilda has transformed my life. After COVID I had put on 15 pounds and could NOT get it off. I have now lost 17 pounds with Hilda in 4 months. I am lifting more than I ever have and enjoy our sessions together. Hilda is very knowledgeable, encouraging and fun to workout with. I have also done 2 pole sessions with her and plan to do more to switch up my routine. She is a competitor in so many fields that her workouts really apply to anyone. Thank you Hilda!!

Fantastic experience: Hilda helped me achieve a dream of mine…to start powerlifting and competing in my first meet! She is so personable and down-to-earth and has so much experience from being a successful power lifter, figure competitor, and personal trainer. She is so inspirational and was always there to answer my questions. You can’t go wrong having her as your coach.
