Fantastic experience: Just moved to 100 mile for 6 months and tried out all of the gyms in town. I ended up buying my 6 month membership here. David the owner is very friendly and helpful. He’s done all kinds of weight lifting competitions and clearly knows what he’s doing when it comes to anything fitness related. I love the vibe of this gym, out of the 3 gyms in town this one has the most equipment and the best amenities including showers and somehow the pricing is way cheaper than the other gyms.

Fantastic experience: The best place in town. Well ventilated, great temperature and easy going vibe!! Super convenient location too!! Has everything that you need to get a solid workout in of any kind whether you are local here or passing through town! If you’re passing through town or just want to check the gym out about a $10 drop in. Easy peazy. Met with the owner today—he is very kind, insightful, knowledgeable and credible in the health and wellness arena! Amongst many other areas! I truly do value people and put the first period no matter the cost. I remember hearing all about how they stayed open during covid, took the hits in fines so everyone could keep their health a priority while taking necessary precautions.

Fantastic experience: In from out-of town for a month , friendly gym owner went out of his on weekend to sign me up for the month . Nice equipment , not too many people during mid day is a plus .

Fantastic experience: I stopped in here once for a drop in while visiting town. They’re welcoming to new comers, smaller but well equipped and set up nicely, excellent price, friendly staff and a good mix of easygoing and suitable for more serious training too.

Fantastic experience: New owners are a family oriented business made up of aspiring pro bodybuilder Dave and his mother Janette who are both tip top in how they handle their business and the order that they run their gym. Always clean, card lock for all schedules and often new equipment has been brought in to make it a mixture of old school and modern sports equipment for whatever you fitness goal is. I've never taken part but i understand they also offer classes, bootcamps and one on one training sessions. Four years later it's still my go to gym, no questions asked. Nuff said

Positive experience: Since prices for everything is high in 100 mile this place is cheapest town comparing one other competitor. Decent equipment and indoor space. Has what you need for exercise plus shower and cardio area. You can get token for 24 hrs access. Expect to have own private gym as usually after 5 pm is goast town. Recently management has changed which is way better than the old one.
