Fantastic experience: The HAP team is such an amazing group of people. The best part about the community is how welcoming and supportive everyone is. I’m not in the best shape, between my weight and my asthma but I try hard and everyone here is constantly encouraging and answering questions. The community group work outs are everything you want in a gym- organized, at your own pace, and totally social. If gyms have been a place throughout your life where you’ve been uncomfortable and intimidated, I highly recommend coming to HAP and just talking to literally anyone there.

Fantastic experience: Tons of top notch equipment here and awesome group trainers! This is THE gym to be at if you are a high level athlete (or even just weekend warrior!). Programming of small groups is great and adjusted to your current fitness level/injuries. There are also health practitioners moving in here (physio, naturopathic doctor, chiropractic, etc) which makes it an awesome one stop shop for your health & wellness needs!
