Fantastic experience: Amazing personality, the studio was super neat and fancy ! The instructor is very knowledgeable.. I have back problems as well as neck pain and he helped me to overcome those pains and also loose weight, and gain muscles! The workout is awsome and unbelievably easy I recommend everyone to go and try them out!
