Yin Yoga Studio

Fantastic experience: I sought out Yoga classes when I entered my second trimester of pregnancy and had some energy back. I found Gabriele at Yin Yoga by searching prenatal yoga classes in Ancaster and I am so happy that I did. Gabriele contacted me back right away and answered all the questions I had. I especially liked that her classes were not specifically 'pre-natal', but she would offer any modifications for me if necessary. Gabriele and everyone else who attends her classes made me feel so welcome and supported, and the fact that she has clients who have been with her for over 10 years speaks volumes. Gabriele is very knowledgeable and attentive to my 'prenatal' needs during the class and as mentioned before will offer a modification if needed. I thoroughly enjoy her classes for all of the benefits I know it offers, however what I love most about the class is the time I get to relax, breathe, let go of the busy day, and refocus myself physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Yin yoga with Gabriele for five years. It has had a dramatic effect on my mental health and well-being. I do other fitness routines, however, the meditation and stretches during the yoga session are formidable. The atmosphere is always calming and Gabriele is spectacular. I look forward to my class every single week and it benefits me every single time.

Negative experience: Space is small and cramped. Needs electronic appointment booker, texting for spots is outdated.

Fantastic experience: Yin Yoga was a great studio and provided an excellent first time yoga user experience for me. Gabrielle runs a great class for both advanced and beginners to yoga. She is organized, professional , a great communicator , and obviously an expert in Yoga. I have now referred a few employees and family members to the studio.

I was able to increase my flexibility and reduce my pain significantly. Gabriele's ability to relax one is amazing, there is no way I would have thought that I could do the things I am now able to do.
