Negative experience: Unfortunately changing my 5 star review to lower - usually have to try 4 treadmills before I can find one that doesn't give an error that it needs maintenance. I've tried emailing regarding my membership and never received an answer. My husband and I had 6 month memberships, and when that elapsed our credit card continued being charged. The gym itself is nice, quiet and clean but the customer service when needed really lacks.

Fantastic experience: Good vibe, every equipment is sanitised after use, great offers and the receptionist guides very well.
