Negative experience: Stay away!!! They'll just take your money. Plus it's number one worst gym out there. Too bad there's no such thing as a 0 star review.

Positive experience: Nice gym

Negative experience: Cons - Nothing gets fixed.. walls can’t even be touched up to look nicer.. used to be bigger but sold half the gym without notifying anybody and a lot of people switched to a better gym because of it. Why pay the same price for half the size and half the equipment? Also doesn’t fix any questions or concerns. Pockets your money for the bills and let’s the gym rot. Also don’t listen when they say “no hidden fees” when you sign up because there is hidden fees. when they say “club enhancement” don’t expect much, all we got was a rusted machine nobody uses that looked like it was from an auction. They must’ve got a ton of money for taking the HIDDEN fee for the enhancement and only spent at MOST 80$ on two machines that are basically broken. Nothing else was new other than the fact they took away half the gym away. Many people including myself have notified Corporate recently. Don’t get roped in just cause the person seems nice. Just look at the Snap Fitness Fergus page on Facebook and you’ll see.. Basically A business page that’s been filled with cliques and personal problems. Also has posted a screen shot of a personal message from a member - completely bashing a person who had a actual complaint/concern about how unprofessional the gym has been and the owner seemed proud of his response. The scary part is even some of the members were okay with it too (friends of the owner of course). Surprised there’s not been more complaints. Some people don’t see it worth it. But I do because I would’ve loved for somebody to tell me what it’d be like. Just to add fuel to the fire, machines are rusted and not safe to use. Plus most of them are duck taped because nobody wants to put money into their business to make more money out of it. There’s so much I could say but some of it has to be left out and corporate has already been notified. Wouldn’t be so bad if it was ran properly and actually updated with the simple things it needs. Sick of seeing their many unpaid bills posted for everybody to see and having nobody say anything because they are scared of the small community we live in. JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK. Pros - 24 hours.

Fantastic experience: Fair size location with a lot of machines for all your workouts needs, I go during off peak hours and it's perfect, the place isn't overcrowded like many others.

Positive experience: I was a little disappointed when I visited the gym as there was very little cardio equipment to choose from. It appeared they only had treadmills for cardio equipment. Running is not my favourite and would have preferred an elipitcal machine. This is not my home snap fitness and I was expecting a variety of cardio machines to choose from.

Fantastic experience: Love it.

Negative experience: Won't take cash, lost a customer.
