30 Minute Hit

Fantastic experience: I joined 30 minute hit in December, because I wanted to loose a couple pounds and feel better about myself. Karen and Amy for awesome!! They were patient and made me feel welcome. I definitely noticed a difference in my mood, body, and confidence. I enjoyed participating in the challenges, which led me to wanting to reach the goals and attend more. I will miss 30 Minute Hit when it closes.

Negative experience: Just a huge warning to anyone that signs a one year contract. You might as well sign it in blood. There is absolutely no cancellations regardless of what your situations are. After doing review researching on this company, it seems like it’s across-the-board everywhere you look, especially on Reddit. People having problems with this company and cancelling contracts and threatening credit agencies if they don’t pay.

Fantastic experience: An incredibly effective and satisifying workout in 30 minutes! I've been going for a year and it's the most fun I've ever at the gym. Worth trying at any age or fitness level.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. Trainers are very helpful and friendly. In my experience, it is very comfortable working out for 30 minutes and around women only.

Negative experience: I wish I could give a five star review but I cannot. The workout is amazing, the staff are there for you to help and instruct and motivate you which is super. Where they fail is in their business model. I had signed up and was attending regularly in fall 2021 but then life happened such that I had to be away for several months and when I got back Covid cases had skyrocketed and I didn’t end up going back. So, not having been there in over a year I was surprised to recently discover that since January 2023 my credit card was charged for a monthly subscription. I called thinking it was a glitch in their computer system and was promptly told that it is their business policy to "roll memberships" into a monthly subscription regardless of a total lack of communication from me giving permission for them to do so. They refused to reimburse me the 3 months that I was charged. That’s $333. I take full responsibility for not carefully reviewing my credit card statement sooner. However, I also run a business and I would never charge someone for services they are not using. It’s so unethical. For this reason I don’t recommend this business or any of their locations because it is apparently a corporate policy to automatically roll memberships and charge the credit cards they have on file. Fantastic experience: I signed up after my Dr. advised me to increase my activity level. This is a super-effective and fun workout for women at any level of fitness! I’ve finished 4 weeks, and already I can see and feel changes in my strength and cardiovascular fitness…the staff make sure that you are using correct techniques, and they provide encouragement as you work through the stations. I highly recommend 30 Minute Hit for those that want to enjoy their workouts, and get real results!

Fantastic experience: Best possible workout in just 30 minutes! Karen is a wonderful coach. She helps you push it just a little further and you quickly feel a difference in your condition and body tone. Gym is also kept super clean and safe. Try it, you’ll love it!

Fantastic experience: Motivational and welcoming environment for all ladies of different fitness levels. Karen and her team provides High quality instruction and I leave 30 minute hit excited to return for my next session. The circuit can be modified based on individual needs allowing flexibility for all. I am a previous member from Quebec and could not wait for Karen to open in Kingston. 30 minute hit provides you an up beat motivational environment where all members support each other. I have been a hit member for 3 years. Because of 30 minute hit, I feel strong, agile and confident. Thanks 30 minute hit.
