Negative experience: I tried to get my keyfab deposit before but the owner said he will sent me by e-transfer but he never sent it then I texted him again and never reply

Fantastic experience: Who knew eagle and cybex was just as good as hammer strength and Atlantis? Awesome gym. Just make sure to call to arrange a time to meet to get a membership.

Negative experience: Don’t do drop ins. What kind of gym doesn’t do drop ins. Or day passes…

Positive experience: As an international athlete visiting the area, I reached out via Instagram (message viewed but not answered) and via telephone (message left but not followed up on) and I reviewed the Facebook page but information was lacking. The barrier to a great customer service experience was poor communication... fortunately, there's a simple remedy. I suggest listing staffed hours and visitor policy... to avoid frustrating potential customers. I did eventually receive a "no drop ins sorry" reply via Instagram as I arrived at the facility. Covid protocol was in effect and the equipment looked decent from through the window. I hope to visit again one day and use that experience to improve my rating.

Fantastic experience: nice little gym injoyed it for the week i went and open during covid!!!!. only thing i didnt like was the deadlift bar and squat bars are a little thin
