Fantastic experience: The most absolutely impeccable, most exquisite, most awe inspiring gym on the face of the earth.

Fantastic experience: Second time at the gym here and met Deanna, she is absolutely fantastic! If you want a gym that has it all come here. If you have accessibility issues there is an issue of stairs being the only way up to the gym however this should not reflect on the owner nor the gym itself. We live in a society that is working towards accessibility for all but the reality is some of these buildings are very old and outdated with no money for upgrades. (I have accessibility issues) There are multiple classes as well as rooms in which to workout. Pole classes, a womans only room are only a few of the opportunities available here.

Fantastic experience: It's a great gym, helpful and friendly staff all the equipment you'll need with competitive fees it also has a ladies only section as well as "Street sport" area....and private pole dancing lessons.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff. Affordable and good location downtown. They accommodate Hotel guests in the area by offering a ~$5 drop in deal. A little hard to find as it's located upstairs of a building They have a wide variety of equipment in a small amount of space but compared to other places it's quite outdated and some of the machines just don't work as they used to due to wear and tear.
