Fantastic experience: A family run gym, and the treatment you will receive is no different. Upon signing up for a membership I was greeted with smiles, hospitality, inclusivity, and education of the highest quality. This isn't only a gym, it's a second home. When you think of a gym, perhaps you may envision a pack of wolves and peacocks. Not at take home fitness. It's patrons include a wide spectrum of seasoned athletes, and eager beginners, all seeking the same thing; knowledge, progress, and companionship. This gym does it all, from a dedicated staff, to a wide variety of machines, you will not be disapointed. I guarantee every degree of satisfaction will be met every time you step past the threshold that separates our world, with the fitness factory that is take home fitness.
